  • milk – 200 ml;

  • any flour – 450 g;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • salt – 1 pinch;
  • vegetable oil – 70 ml.

Recipe:

  1. Crumble the yeast into the heated milk and knead well until completely dissolved.
  2. Grind the egg in a bowl, adding sugar, then salt. After this, pour in the milk mixture. Sift the flour and knead into a soft dough. Then add the oil and knead the mass again until the fat is completely absorbed.
  3. Place the dough in a warm place, covered with a napkin. After lifting, knead it again.
