We will need:

  • Dry yeast - 10 g
  • Eggs -1 pc
  • Sugar - 80 g
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Butter - 60 g

  • Strawberry jam - 300 g, the amount can be adjusted, depending on the filling of donuts

Cooking:

  1. We heat the milk. Yeast with 1 tbsp. bred with a spoonful of sugar in it, and wait 10 minutes until the yeast grows.
  2. We will surely sift the flour, set aside about 100 g, for further filling under the dough. Combine with sugar, salt, vanilla - mix.


  1. In the flour, make a small depression, drive in the egg and pour in the approached yeast. We begin to knead the dough. When the dough begins to thicken, softened butter is added to it. Little by little add the flour that remains.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of kefir,
- 2.5 cups flour
