Stir with a fork.

Melted butter (1 tbsp. Spoon) is sent to the dough.

The butter can be melted over a fire or in the microwave, make sure the butter is not hot when you pour it into the dough. The hot oil can curdle the egg yolk.

Add sugar (2 tablespoons) and mix again.

We set the time - 3 minutes (depending on the power, it may take more or less time). It takes me three minutes to cook a cake, with a power of 450 watts the cake will cook for 5-6 minutes.

If you want to make multiple cupcakes in mugs at once, bake them one at a time to bake them evenly.

  • ⅓ glasses of oatmeal;

Preparation

Combine oat flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and mashed banana with a fork. Roll out the resulting dough into a very long, narrow strip.

  • 1 large egg;

Preparation

Whisk the egg with butter and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and mix well. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the dough. Stir until smooth and place in a large pan or spread over three circles. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Combine all the topping ingredients. It should be crumbly. Place the topping on the dough and microwave the mugs or dish one at a time at full power for 90 seconds. If you cook the cake in one pan, then increase the time to 2 minutes.
