    Boiled potatoes with butter and greens, airy mashed potatoes, and boiled vegetables can serve as a side dish for our chicken. Perfectly combine rice.

      Dessert

    Pie with curd cream and berries - light, tasty, will come in handy after a hearty menu.

    We will need: for the test - 300 grams of flour, 2 eggs, 100 grams of butter and sugar, a baking powder; for the filling - a pound of cottage cheese, a glass of any seedless berries (cherries, raspberries, strawberries, currants, blueberries), a glass of sour cream, half a glass of sugar.

    Grind sugar with butter, add eggs, flour, baking powder, stir well. Put the dough in a mold with high edges, make the sides. Cooking the filling - mix all the ingredients, stir well. Put the filling on the dough, bake a little more than half an hour.

    Orange zest muffins - a simple and delicious dessert

    We need: 250 grams of flour, 1 large orange, 3 eggs, 150 grams of sugar and butter each, vanillin, baking powder or soda

    Grind sugar with soft butter, vanilla. Add eggs, zest, orange juice, flour, baking powder. Knead the dough with a consistency, like sour cream. Put in cupcake tins. Bake for half an hour.

    We need: a large glass of any juice, you can take half a glass of juice of different colors (apple, cherry), half a glass of sugar, a bag of gelatin, juice of half a lemon.
