Ingredients for making pancakes:

  • 200 ml. milk;
  • 2 spoons of sugar;
  • one egg;
  • one spoon of natural cocoa;

To prepare we take:

  • 300-350 gr. champignon mushrooms (you can use wild mushrooms);
  • 150 gr. any cheese, but not soft;
  • 6 boiled eggs;
  • two onions;
  • greens, pepper, salt to taste.

Cooking method:

— We fry pancakes (pancakes), stack them, coating each one with oil so that the food does not stick together.

— Peel the onion, cut it, fry it.

- Wash the champignons, cut them, add them to the mushrooms, add salt and pepper, fry until tender, remove from the stove, let cool.

If wild mushrooms are used in a dish, they must first be boiled.

— We clean the boiled eggs, cut them into convenient pieces, there is no need to chop them too much.

— Three cheeses on a grater, chop the greens with a knife.

— Take a baking dish, grease it, put 2 pancakes on the bottom, and if desired, coat them with a little mayonnaise.

— Place half of the filling with mushrooms on top of the pancake and cover it with the next pancake.

— The next layer consists of eggs mixed with cheese, then another pancake.

- Place the remaining portion of mushrooms, cover it all with another layer or several so that the edges are covered.

— Sprinkle your pie with a few mushrooms and cheese on top, put it in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.

This pie is served hot; before serving, you can sprinkle it with herbs and cut into portions.

Saturday is the day of the sixth week of Maslenitsa, gatherings with sister-in-law

On this day, a woman invites her husband’s sister to visit and serves delicious treats. At the same time, there should be a lot on the table various treats so that the sister-in-law does not judge and think that the young people live in poverty.

Pancakes with milk

How to cook pancakes with milk

First you need to mix all the dry ingredients and then add the milk. Pour flour into a container, add vanillin, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well. Next, break the egg, add 250 ml of milk and mix well. Beat until smooth so that there are no lumps left. Then add vegetable oil.

Place the frying pan on the heat. The dough should have such a consistency that it seems to be liquid and at the same time thick. Let's start baking. The pancakes turn out crispy and without holes. If you wish, you can grease them with butter so that they become more flexible and you can add various fillings.

Thin pancakes with cottage cheese

Dough ingredients

  • flour 350 gr
  • milk 350 ml
  • boiling water 200 ml
  • egg 3 pcs
  • soda 1/3 teaspoon
  • salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
  • vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons

For filling

  • cottage cheese 600 gr
  • vanillin 10 g
  • 100 g sugar
  • raisins 70 gr
  • salt 1/3 teaspoon

Let's start preparing pancakes by preparing the dough. Break three eggs into a deep bowl and mix well. Add sugar to the eggs and stir thoroughly, but do not beat. If you are preparing sweet pancakes, you can add 5 grams of vanilla sugar if desired. Then gradually add flour; it must be sifted and saturated with oxygen. Gradually add milk and mix. Soda and salt. Break up the lumps well. Gradually add a glass boiling water stirring very quickly. And at the end add vegetable oil. The dough should not be thick, but not liquid either.

If the dough is thick, the pancakes will turn out thick; if it is liquid, then the pancakes will be difficult to remove from the pan.

Place the frying pan on medium heat and warm it up well. Before each pancake, grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, then the pancakes will always fit into the hole. Fry the pancakes on both sides for 1.5-2 minutes. If you have pancakes without filling, grease each pancake with butter. With this recipe, the pancakes always turn over well, and the first pancake will never be lumpy. The pancakes turn out very tender and thin.

Curd filling for pancakes

Add vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese, you can add one yolk, add granulated sugar and beat with a submersible blender until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, you can pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or use a regular masher to mashed potatoes, and crush the curd well. If desired, you can add a couple of spoons of sour cream or natural yogurt. Ready curd mass add the washed raisins and mix well.

Take a tablespoon of cottage cheese and spread it in a thin layer over the entire pancake. Roll into a tube, pressing lightly so that the tube is flattened. Pancakes should not be too thick. We cut the tubes into diamonds into four parts.

Then take a piece of butter and melt it in a frying pan. Add pancakes and fry them on both sides until beautiful, appetizing, golden brown. Butter will give special taste these pancakes.
