Marinated “bald” tomatoes for the winter - tasty, juicy, moderately vigorous

Do you want to make delicious tomatoes for the winter and don’t know how? Look. I won't give bad advice.

These super tomatoes have other, no less intriguing names -"erotic" or "naked" tomatoes. The reason lies in the way they are prepared. And the recipe itself is so simple and successful that everyone who tries it immediately puts it on the list of their favorites.

Tomatoes prepared according to this recipe can be used not only as a snack, but also added to borscht, sauté and winter salads, and also served with any side dish

Tasty, juicy, moderately vigorous and very original tomatoes are obtained from inexpensive and affordable ingredients. Before canning, tomatoes must be peeled from their thin skins. To make this preservation, it is recommended to choose dense, slightly unripe tomatoes, since due to the fact that the peel is removed from them, they become softer and more tender. Ripe fruits with this method of preparation may “fall apart” during heat treatment.

Depending on their taste preferences, everyone can change and supplement the composition of the marinade for “bald” tomatoes. You can add mustard seeds, a piece of peeled horseradish or a few sprigs of young dill to the preparation.

(per 1000 ml)

— tomatoes (350-400 grams);

— allspice (2 pcs.);

- 2-3 cloves of garlic;

- chili (optional).

Marinade:

— 1000 ml of water;

- sugar (2.5 tbsp);

- salt (3 tsp);

- vinegar (100 ml).

Pour boiling water over suitable (slightly unripe and dense) tomatoes.

After 3-5 minutes, drain the liquid and clean the fruits from the cracked peel.

Place spices and pieces of cayenne pepper into a container.

Add the garlic cloves to the container with the preparation.

We put the already peeled “bald” tomatoes in a jar with spices.

Pour in the liquid that has just boiled, and cover with a lid and leave for 12-17 minutes. Pour out the water.

We make an infusion of liquid, salt and sugar. After the brine boils, add acid.

After the marinade begins to actively boil, pour it into a container.

We hermetically seal the “bald” tomatoes with a special key and additionally warm the jars by wrapping them in a blanket.
