Ingredients:

  • 200 g of sifted wheat flour;
  • 1 tbsp. white sugar;
  • 2 chicken eggs;

  • 130 g melted butter;

Preparation:

  1. Beat the yolks and whites into a deep wide bowl, add granulated sugar and beat the mixture until foamy.
  2. Pour in the butter, previously melted by steaming, add the sifted flour, cinnamon and starch, mix well.
  3. Add water, beat lightly and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat up the waffle iron, grease it with oil and pour in 1 tbsp. l. test on both surfaces.
  5. After 1.5 minutes, pry the waffle with a fork and roll it up into a cone.

These waffles are very tasty even without filling, but if desired, the tubes can be filled with curd mass, thick jam or condensed milk.

What could be more harmonious than a combination of crispy waffles and savory filling as an aperitif? Moreover, preparing such a snack is not at all difficult.

Viennese pastries have a centuries-old reputation for exquisite desserts. And waffles are an integral part of this tradition.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • 40 g melted homemade butter;
  • 2 tbsp. fat milk;
  • ¼ tbsp. brown sugar;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 1 tsp. vanillin;
    1 tsp. table salt;
  • 1 tsp. baking soda.

Preparation:

  1. Carefully break the eggs into a deep, wide container, separating the whites and yolks.
  2. Pour sugar and vanilla into the yolks and beat until foamy.
  3. Pour milk into the mixture in a thin stream, then oil. Whisk the mixed products.
  4. Separately mix the sifted flour, baking soda and table salt.
  5. Make a “well” in the flour mixture and pour in the milk mixture, mix.
  6. Beat the whites and pour them into the dough.
  7. Pour the dough onto a preheated and greased waffle iron, let it stand for 2 minutes and remove the finished baked goods.

Viennese waffles can be filled with cream and sprinkled with cocoa powder.

Waffles cooked with yeast have an amazing aroma.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g flour;
  • 300 g homemade fatty butter;
  • 50 g hard butter;
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar;
  • ½ tbsp. store-bought or homemade milk;
  • 1 tbsp. l. powdered yeast;
  • 1 egg;
  • 250 ml molasses;
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. Mix flour, butter, heated in a water bath, and ½ tbsp. Sahara.
  2. Add yeast, egg and milk, mix.
  3. Leave the dough for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Let's start filling. Mix the remaining sugar and molasses.
  5. Add a piece of butter and cinnamon. Mix this mass thoroughly.
  6. Divide the dough into equal pieces in the form of balls.
  7. Fry each piece in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown.
  8. We cut the finished waffle into halves, spread it with filling and form peculiar nuts. Dessert is ready.
