The recipe is not mine, but I prepared it according to it before the diet, now I’ve adapted it for Dukan.

We cut off all the membranes from a piece of beef, cut the meat into thin slices, then cut these slices into strips like this. We try, if possible, to have meat strips of approximately the same length and thickness, this will be more aesthetically pleasing.

Place the chopped beef in a deep bowl, add a little salt, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, pour the marinade over the meat, mix everything well, and leave the beef to marinate for 40 minutes.

While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Peel three more cloves of garlic, peel all the onions and bell peppers, cut the peppers into medium-sized half rings, and cut the onion into not very thin strips.

Now we need to prepare the dressing for our dish. Squeeze a clove of garlic into a separate bowl, add ground red pepper to the garlic on the tip of a teaspoon (you can add more if you like it spicier), pour soy sauce over the garlic and red pepper, mix everything well and leave the sauce to infuse until the end of cooking our beef.

And finally, it’s time to start cooking our beef with bell peppers. Place a deep frying pan (preferably non-stick) on the fire and pour 1 tsp into it. rast. oil (in the original recipe, much more oil is poured so that the beef is deep-fried, but we are losing weight, and this will do), pour starch into a large flat dish and roll the meat thoroughly in it.

Fry the meat for about 7-10 minutes, focusing on the meat acquiring a baked state. Transfer the meat to a separate bowl.

In the same frying pan, fry the bell peppers, after a minute add the onion, fry for about 2 minutes, remembering to stir vigorously. Then we transfer the vegetables to the beef, and throw the green beans into the frying pan, quickly, for no more than 2 minutes, fry them (I took frozen beans, rinsed them under cold water before cooking), send them to the beef and vegetables.

Mix everything thoroughly and we can assume that our Chinese beef is completely ready. It can be seasoned with sauce and served warm. Or you can put it in the frying pan again along with all the vegetables, season it with sauce, and heat it until it’s hot, but no more than 2 minutes, so as not to overheat the garlic. You can also add dried sesame seeds to taste.

To prepare Chinese beef we will need:

  • Beef without bone – 350-400 g;
  • dark soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l;
  • fresh ginger root – 4 cm;
  • sesame – 1 tbsp. l;
  • garlic – 0.5 large heads (2-3 cloves);
  • chili pepper – 0.5 tsp;
  • ground black pepper – 1 tsp;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground ginger – 0.5 tsp;
  • Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. l;
  • carrots (optional) – 1 piece;
  • fresh cilantro or parsley - a bunch.

How to cook beef in Chinese, recipe with photo

Wash a piece of meat, remove films and fat from it. Cut into thin long strips. When I have time, I put the meat in the freezer for half an hour. Then it is very easy to cut into identical strips of the required thickness.

Place the chopped beef into a bowl. Season with spices. For Chinese beef, you definitely need ground ginger and ground black pepper, also ground. Chili is optional, I add quite a lot, twice as much as in the recipe.

Peel the ginger and garlic. Chop a clove of garlic and half of the ginger into small pieces, grate the rest on a fine grater. Mix with meat pieces, add a little salt (depending on the salinity of the soy sauce).

Pour in soy sauce. At this stage, mix everything with your hands, as if massaging the pieces of beef, rubbing the aromatic marinade into them. Cover and leave to soak for 15-20 minutes.

Whether to cook Chinese beef with vegetables or not, choose according to your taste. I like it better when there are carrots or onions, and more often I add both. This time I cooked with carrots, cutting them into cubes 4-5 cm long.

Heat the oil and check if it is hot enough. To do this, put a piece of meat, if a lot of bubbles form around it at once, the temperature is sufficient. Place the beef and fry it over medium heat, stirring until the juice and liquid from the marinade evaporate.

Add strips of carrots or onions, chopped peppers into strips. Reduce heat to medium and fry Chinese beef for two to three minutes until meat is tender. The carrots remain crunchy on the inside, but manage to soften on the outside.

Place hot meat and vegetables on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs. Serve immediately, hot, with or without a side dish - as you decide.

Serving the finished dish is best suited in the Chinese style - on a flat plate, instead of a fork, chopsticks. But it is quite possible to serve beef in Chinese and European style, with a fork and knife, and make a vegetable salad as a side dish.

In ancient times, Chinese emperors were allowed to eat lamb, pork and beef, while ministers could only enjoy the taste of lamb. Concepts such as marinating meat, salting, and drying in Chinese cooking were already known in early historical times, and most likely, this is the reason why unique technologies for preparing meat according to Chinese recipes have today conquered the entire European continent, and not only. Indeed, a pleasant combination of spicy, sweet and neutral flavors in one sauce or other dish can pleasantly surprise any gourmet.

Today we will look at the technologies for preparing meat in Chinese, which is prepared slightly differently in different regions of China, but at the same time, everyone undoubtedly serves rice as a side dish for this dish.

Recipe 1: Chinese meat

Let's prepare Chinese beef from beef. Ingredients: beef – 800 g; white part of green onion; onions – 1 pc.; fresh grated ginger root – 2 tsp; Bulgarian sweet pepper – 2 pcs.; champignons – 4 pcs.; garlic cloves - 4 pcs.; sunflower oil – 4 tsp. To prepare the marinade for meat: balsamic vinegar – 2 tsp; soy sauce – 150 ml; sugar – 1 tsp; water – 1 glass; corn starch - 2 tsp.

To prepare the marinade for meat, we recommend that you use a deep glass bowl. First pour half a glass of water and pour starch into it. Stir and add the rest of the water so that no lumps form. Now add soy sauce, sugar, balsamic and sunflower oil according to the recipe. Mix well.

Let's get to the meat. We examine it carefully, cut off excess pieces, remove the film and any small bones. Cut the meat into finger-thick pieces and add to the marinade. Mix it, trying to completely submerge them in the marinade, and leave to marinate for half an hour.

Wash the garlic and finely chop the cloves. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic to it to fry. Following the garlic, add grated ginger into the oil. Chop the white part of the onion and also place it in the pan. Mix everything and fry together over low heat. When our products in the frying pan are slightly browned, put them in a separate plate. Drop the marinated meat into the oil in which we fried the ingredients and fry it until crusty. While frying, stir the meat constantly so that it can brown nicely on all sides. Place the meat on a separate plate.

Add a little more oil to the frying pan and put it on the stove to heat up. Cut the champignons into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the sweet bell pepper into slices. First, add the champignons to the frying pan, simmer them a little and add onions and bell peppers. Fry with constant stirring, then add fried onion, garlic and grated ginger, then pour in the marinade in which our meat lay and simmer all together over low heat for about 5 minutes. Now add the pieces of meat and simmer for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the frying pan with meat and leave in this position for 10-15 minutes. The Chinese beef is already ready.

Recipe 2: Chinese style meat (beef)

Let's prepare the ingredients: beef tenderloin - 0.5 kg; celery – 300 g; tomatoes – 6 pcs.; a bunch of green onions; fresh ginger – 50 g; oyster sauce – 2 tbsp; sunflower oil – 3 tbsp; sugar and starch - 1.5 tbsp each; ground white pepper and salt - to taste.

Cut a piece of beef tenderloin into thin pieces across the grain.

In a separate bowl, mix soy and oyster sauce, sugar and starch. Dip the pieces of meat into the marinade and leave them to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

While our pieces of meat are marinating, you and I need to peel the tomatoes and cut them into 5-6 pieces. Diagonally cut the peeled ginger root, celery and onion. Chop the garlic.

Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan, heat it and fry the marinated pieces of meat in it until almost done. Select the meat and set it aside on a separate plate for a while. Add chopped ginger and celery root, onion and garlic to the oil in which the meat was fried. After 2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes and fried meat. Cover the pan with a lid and continue to simmer for another 5-8 minutes. The Chinese meat is already cooked. Ideal with steamed rice.

Recipe 3: Chinese meat with vegetables

It is necessary to prepare the following ingredients: beef – 500 g; tomatoes – 2 pcs.; onion – 1 large head; fresh cucumber – 2 pcs.; sweet bell pepper – 2 pcs.; soy sauce – 2 tbsp; starch – 1 tsp; vegetable oil, herbs, salt and ground white pepper.

We clean the meat from veins and cartilage and cut it into slices. Using a kitchen hammer, beat each piece of meat and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat strips in it. Season with pepper and salt. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat. Next, add diced tomatoes and cucumbers to the meat with onions. Cut the sweet bell pepper into strips and also add it to the frying pan. Mix all the ingredients with a spatula and fry over low heat for about 5-7 minutes.

Pour cold water into a glass and stir the starch in it. You should get a homogeneous mass without lumps. Add the dissolved starch to the meat and after boiling, add soy sauce. Cover the meat with a lid and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Serve the meat in portioned plates as follows. First, put the rice on a plate, put the meat in the sauce on top, garnish with cucumbers and tomatoes, and... we wish everyone a bon appetit.

The original Chinese beef dish has recently begun to appear more and more often on the menus of domestic housewives. This treat has an unusual spicy taste. You can make it spicy or sweet if you wish.

Many housewives replace sesame oil in the recipe with regular vegetable oil. But it's better not to do this. The oil stated in the ingredients gives the dish a special taste.

Ingredients:

  • meat pulp – 750-800 g;
  • fresh green peas – 170-200 g;
  • sesame oil – ½ tbsp.;
  • onion – 170-200 g;
  • sweet pepper – 170-200 g;
  • orange – 130-150 g;
  • ginger root – 15-20 g;
  • garlic – 15-20 g;
  • soy sauce – ½ tbsp.;
  • granulated sugar – 30-40 g.

Preparation:

  1. Finely grate the peeled spice root and remove the zest from the oranges.
  2. Mix the ingredients with half the oil and soy sauce.
  3. Add small pieces of garlic and sugar. Mix everything well.
  4. Cut the pulp into thin “ribbons”. Mix with marinade. Leave in a cool place for an hour.
  5. Cut all vegetables into strips.
  6. Fry the onion in a large amount of any fat until browned. Add prepared meat to it.
  7. After 3-4 minutes, pour in the remaining marinade, add peas and other vegetables. Cook until the sauce thickens and the meat is tender.

Serve the dish with Chinese noodles. You can also take rice as a side dish.

Meat in sweet and sour sauce with vegetables

Meat dishes that contain soy sauce do not require additional salt. In this version of the treat, it’s half a glass at once, so the beef is perfectly salted during the cooking process.

Ingredients:

  • meat pulp - half a kilo;
  • soy sauce – ½ tbsp.;
  • onion and sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  • potato starch - 1 large spoon;
  • flour - 1 large spoon;
  • any mushrooms – 80-100 g;
  • green beans - 3 large spoons;
  • sugar and apple cider vinegar - 2 large spoons each;
  • ketchup – 5 large spoons;
  • any fat for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the pulp without layers of fat into long thin strips.
  2. Cover the beef with a mixture of the dry ingredients stated in the recipe, except sugar.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meat, stir and leave for a quarter of an hour.
  4. Chop the vegetables randomly. Mix with beans and mushroom slices. Champignons are best suited.
  5. Fry the prepared beef in a wok with plenty of hot fat.
  6. When the meat is browned, you can add the vegetable “mix” on top.
  7. After another 6-7 minutes you need to add ketchup and vinegar with sand dissolved in it.
  8. Simmer the dish until done.

Serve beef in sweet and sour sauce with any light side dish.

In soy sauce

This is the simplest version of Chinese beef, containing a minimum of ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • beef – 270-300 g;
  • onion – 1 medium head;
  • soy sauce – 5 dessert spoons;
  • Dijon mustard – 1 small. spoon;
  • chili – 1 pod.


Preparation:

  1. Cut the meat into thin long strips. Be sure to move the knife across the grain!
  2. Place the beef in a deep plate.
  3. Pour in soy sauce mixed with mustard and thin chili rings.
  4. Send random pieces of onion there. Leave the mixture for about a quarter of an hour.
  5. Fry the beef in soy sauce until cooked.

If desired, you can add your favorite spices to this dish. The best option is a mixture of peppers.

Chinese spicy beef

It is important to choose the right meat for this recipe. It should be a clean fillet without dense veins.

Ingredients:

  • meat fillet – 280 – 300 g;
  • onion - large head;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pods of different colors;
  • carrot – 1 pc.;
  • ginger root – 30-40 g;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • dark soy sauce - half a glass;
  • brown sugar - 1 large spoon;
  • salt, oil, ground chili.


Preparation:

  1. Roughly chop the peeled ginger root. You can simply process it with a grater with the smallest divisions or chop it into miniature cubes.
  2. Mix ginger with crushed garlic, sugar, chili, sauce. If additional salt is needed, add it at this step.
  3. Combine the marinade with a long thick strip of meat. Leave in cool place for 40 minutes.
  4. Chop the vegetables coarsely. Carrots can be chopped with a “Korean” grater.
  5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the meat from the marinade. Fry it until it changes color in a cauldron with plenty of hot oil. Transfer to a plate.
  6. Fry all vegetables in the remaining oil until soft.
  7. Return the beef to the cauldron, pour out the marinade remaining after soaking it.
  8. Cook the dish over medium heat for another 4-6 minutes.

It's best to serve the spicy beef with steamed brown rice as a side dish.

With the addition of cucumbers

To make the dish especially juicy and tasty, you should use the same amount of beef and fresh cucumbers.

Ingredients:

  • meat – 380-400 g;
  • cucumbers – 380-400 g;
  • white onion – 1 head;
  • garlic – 4-5 cloves;
  • Bulgarian sweet and red hot pepper - 1 pod each;
  • coriander - a large pinch;
  • soy sauce – 1/3 tbsp.;
  • sugar – 1 small. spoon;
  • wine vinegar – 1 dessert spoon;
  • corn oil - 1/3 tbsp.


Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the cucumbers along with their skins, onions, and sweet peppers. Finely chop the burning without seeds. The latter is added only if everyone in the family loves spicy food.
  2. Sprinkle all the vegetables with salt and leave for 17-20 minutes.
  3. Cut the meat into strips, chop the garlic randomly.
  4. First, fry the beef pieces in well-heated corn oil until browned.
  5. Add vegetables to meat. Add all remaining ingredients.

Simmer the beef in Chinese style with vegetables under the lid until softened. This treat can be served without a side dish.

With garlic arrows

This interesting recipe can be used to cook not only beef, but also pork.

Ingredients:

  • beef – 200-230 g;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
  • onions – 1 pc.;
  • carrot – 1 pc.;
  • corn starch - 1 small. spoon;
  • water – ½ cup;
  • garlic arrows – 1 bunch;
  • soy sauce – 1/3 tbsp.;
  • oil, salt.

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve a large spoonful of table salt in cold water. Add washed and cleaned arrows of all excess. Leave for 2 hours. This preparation will keep the arrows firm and crispy during the cooking process.
  2. Wash the meat and cut into strips.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic into cubes.
  4. Grind the carrots with a Korean grater.
  5. Dissolve starch in water. Add soy sauce there too. Mix everything well.
  6. Fry the meat in hot oil until the color changes. Transfer the prepared arrows to it.
  7. Add carrots immediately. Cook everything for 5-6 minutes.
  8. In another frying pan, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. Fill them with the mixture from step 5. Bring the sauce to a boil and pour over the meat with arrows.
  9. Simmer the products together for a couple of minutes.

If desired, serve the finished treat with hot chili sauce.

Beef with rice Chinese style

If the dish is prepared with cereal, you don’t have to worry about a side dish for beef.

Ingredients:

  • beef tenderloin – 280-300 g;
  • rice – 80-100 g;
  • mixture of frozen vegetables – 200-230 g;
  • garlic and ginger root - to taste;
  • soy sauce and Chinese sauce - 3 tbsp each. l.;
  • starch - 1 large spoon;
  • honey – 1 small. spoon;
  • fresh herbs, oil and favorite spices.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the meat across the grain into strips. Add starch to it. Mix and knead directly with your hands.
  2. Add honey and a large spoon of any oil.
  3. Pour in both sauces.
  4. Add finely grated peeled ginger and mashed garlic. Leave the meat like this for a quarter of an hour.
  5. Fry the prepared beef over high heat until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  6. Using the remaining fat in a frying pan or wok, cook the vegetable mixture until soft. At the very end, add spices and chopped herbs to it.
  7. Pre-cook the rice. Place on prepared vegetables.
  8. Place the meat on top.
  9. Cook this Chinese dish, covered, for a couple more minutes.

Mix the ingredients of the treat and serve it to the table.

With bell pepper

If the housewife does not have sweet peppers of different colors in stock, you can only take red or yellow.

Ingredients:

  • meat tenderloin – 670-700 g;
  • onion – 2 heads;
  • sweet pepper - 3 pods of different colors (yellow, orange, red);
  • garlic – 7 cloves;
  • rice vinegar – 2 large spoons;
  • soy sauce – ½ tbsp.;
  • starch - ½ tbsp.;
  • dry mustard – 80 g;
  • sesame – 1 small. spoon;
  • mixture of peppers, oil.

Preparation:

  1. Remove veins and films from the meat. Cut into thin long strips.
  2. Mix soy sauce with vinegar. Add half of the mashed garlic.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped beef with pepper and starch. Pour in the mixture from step two. Stir and leave for 50 minutes.
  4. Roughly chop the remaining garlic and peppers.
  5. Fry the meat in batches until golden brown in boiling oil.
  6. Using the remaining fat, cook the vegetables and garlic until soft.
  7. Return the meat to the pan. Pour marinade over everything. Simmer the beef in the pan for a couple more minutes.

Serve the dish to the table piping hot.

It’s great if you can find very high-quality, fresh beef for your treat. It is best to look for one in the market in the morning, carefully studying its appearance and smell.

Step 1: Marinate the beef.

Pour water into a separate bowl and gradually pour starch into it, stir gently so that no lumps form.
After this, add soy sauce, balsamic, granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
We wash the beef meat in running water and cut out all unnecessary pieces, such as small bones and white films.
Cut the meat into thin strips the thickness of a finger, place in a bowl with the marinade and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2: Fry the ingredients.


Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat over high heat. Peel and rinse the garlic in cold water, chop finely and place in a frying pan.
Grate the ginger on a fine grater and add it after the garlic. Wash and finely chop the green onions and place them in a frying pan for frying. Mix everything and fry until golden brown. Remove from heat and transfer to a separate plate.
Place beef meat, which has already been well marinated, into the same oil and fry until golden brown. Stir constantly. We also remove the meat to the side.
Add sunflower oil, heat it, put champignons and white onion in half rings into the frying pan, and add bell pepper cut into slices. Lightly fry.
Add the fried garlic, ginger and green onions, which were set aside in advance, to the frying pan, pour the meat marinade over everything and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Immediately after this, add the meat, simmer for a couple more minutes, turn off the heat and leave covered for 5-10 minutes so that everything is well soaked.

Step 3: Serve the Chinese spicy beef.


The dish is ready to eat and will be served hot. I prepared this dish without salt, if you noticed, it turns out very nutritious and flavorful. If you have a desire, then put a little salt, it won’t make it worse. Although this way it turns out very tasty, and the soy sauce included in the dish gives it a salty taste. Experiment and choose the option that is best for you! Enjoy your meal!

You can marinate the beef the night before and prepare the dish the next day. Firstly, this will significantly save cooking time, and secondly, the beef will turn out even more aromatic and unusual in taste.

You can decorate the dish with sesame seeds and sprigs of fresh herbs. It can also be supplemented with a slice of lemon, and if desired, sprinkle the dish with lemon juice. Then the food will acquire an unforgettable taste and aroma.
