Ingredients:

To prepare the salad we will need (for 2 servings):

white cabbage - 200 grams; carrots - 150 grams; pomegranate (seeds) - 50 grams; honey - 1 tsp; vinegar - 1 tsp; sunflower oil - 1 tsp; salt, spices.

Preparation:

Finely chop the cabbage and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Wine vinegar 20 ml (1 tablespoon) (can be replaced with rice or balsamic vinegar)

Salt 5 g (1 teaspoon)
Ground black pepper 3 g (1/2 teaspoon)

Step 1 Preparing the Vegetables
