Dry preparations from apples, pears and cherries, better known in temperate latitudes, are not suitable for preparing such a mixture; they are too hard. Their main purpose is to prepare fruit and berry compotes.

This is explained by the fact that peoples living in certain conditions for many centuries have genetically determined characteristics of the body, in particular, the production of enzymes necessary for digesting food characteristic of a given habitat. They help break down nutrients and extract maximum benefit from them.

The mixture is supplemented with seeds:

Honey is added because it is the most popular folk remedy for all diseases. But it must be chosen carefully so as not to purchase a counterfeit that is useless or even harmful to health.   3. Pour boiling water over the lemon, cut into several parts and remove the seeds: this is the most bitter part of the citrus.

This vitamin and nutritional cocktail includes dried apricots and prunes (200 g each), dates and raisins (100 g each), a glass of peeled walnut kernels and 2/3 cup of honey. It is not necessary to prepare a mixture with only walnuts; you can make an assortment of several types.

To prepare such a mixture, you need to take 200 g of dried apricots and figs, 100 g of dates and raisins, an incomplete glass of honey and a glass of any seeds. It is not necessary to grind all the seeds, only large pumpkin seeds. Add honey and seeds to the chopped dried fruits. This mixture is very sweet, so you can add a little lemon or lemon juice if desired.

The dosage of the mixture depends on age, occupation, and physical condition. Adults are recommended to take 1 tbsp. l. on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast. The dose for children is 1 tsp. Dry fruit mixture is recommended for use from three years of age.

Important! In case of loss of strength and at the onset of colds, the dosage is increased three times for adults and children. People who are overweight should not forget that the energy value of this product increases accordingly.

Contraindications for use

The main contraindication is hypersensitivity to any product. Most often it is honey and lemon.

Other contraindications:

  • overweight;
  • peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastritis.

Pregnant women should use honey and nuts with caution.
