The process of preparing the usual, classic “Tsarsky” salad does not take much time, so if you start cutting and assembling it, you can easily finish it in an hour, along with cooking the necessary ingredients.

  1. Rinse chicken eggs well, but carefully so as not to damage the shell to remove various contaminants that may get into the food. Place the chicken products in the water, wait until it boils, and then count 12 minutes until the eggs become firm inside. Cool them in cold water, and then peel and grate through a fine grater.
  2. Squids are usually freely available frozen; it is better to take them already cleaned to save time. They need to be boiled very quickly, no more than 4 minutes, so that the meat does not become tough. Cut them into cubes after cooking.
  3. Rinse the potatoes under running water and boil them in the skins until softened. It is worth salting the water during cooking, and in order for the salt to penetrate the skin, you need to make punctures on the raw potatoes with a thin needle. After cooking, peel it and grind it using a grater.
  4. Pass the cheese through a large-hole strainer.
  5. The salad needs to be assembled in layers; it will look like a snack cake. Place a potato layer down, then squid, cheese, sprinkle with grated egg on top.   2. Cut cucumbers into small cubes

  1. Boil the eggs and carrots; once they have cooled, you need to peel them.
  2. Chop the garlic, grate it on a fine grater or through a press, and mix with mayonnaise.
  3. We clean the crab sticks and cut them into small pieces.
  4. We lay out the salad in layers, brushing each layer with sauce. Take a molding ring and lay out a layer of crab sticks, the next layer is chopped eggs.

  • spinach – bunch;
  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.;
  • sour cream, mayonnaise – 75–100 g each;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Cooking method

  1. Cut 3-5 thin slices of salmon to garnish the salad, and chop the remaining fish as finely as possible. Peel the eggs from the shell, set aside 3 pieces to decorate the snack, and grate the remaining five on a fine grater. Grind the cheese on it. Cut each tomato in half. Cut the onion into half rings of minimal thickness. Tear the arugula into small pieces with your hands.
  2. Now you need to prepare the dressing sauce. Place spinach and garlic in a blender bowl, add sour cream and mayonnaise, squeeze out lemon juice, add a little salt and pepper. Whisk the contents of the bowl until smooth.
  3. Place three quarters of the prepared arugula, tomatoes, and onions in a deep bowl. Add cheese, grated eggs, chopped salmon and about three-quarters of the dressing sauce there. Mix everything well. Place the salad on a plate, sprinkle with the remaining onion and arugula, garnish with slices of salmon, halves of cherry tomatoes, and quail eggs. Pour the rest of the sauce on top.


Warm “Tsarskiy” classic salad with squid

Ingredients

  • cleaned squid carcasses – 300 g;
  • tomatoes – 1 pc.;
  • fresh carrots – 1 pc.;
  • sweet bell pepper pod – 1 pc.;
  • Chinese cabbage – 1 head;
  • green onion feathers - a bunch;
  • dill - a bunch;
  • tomato paste, soy sauce - 2 tablespoons each;
  • vegetable oil – 30–50 ml (necessary for frying foods);
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Cooking method

  1. Preparing this salad will be much easier if you prepare all the ingredients in advance. To do this, the carrots must be cut into strips. To make the straws thin, you can use a grater to prepare carrots in Korean. Also chop the bell pepper and Chinese cabbage into strips. True, you will have to tinker with the second vegetable longer, since you need to grind the leaves separately and the “stems”, the white and dense parts, separately. The squid should be cut into rings, and the tomatoes into small cubes.
  2. Preparing salad dressing will take the least amount of time. To do this, you just need to mix tomato paste with soy sauce. The resulting mixture can be salted and flavored with spices, but this is optional.
  3. You can start preparing the salad. Vegetables are gradually placed in a frying pan with heated oil in the following sequence: carrots, pepper is added to it, then the stalks of Chinese cabbage, then squid, then tomatoes and Chinese cabbage greens. After each addition, the vegetable mixture is mixed, simmered for 5 minutes, after which the next component is added. Lastly, the dressing sauce is poured into the pan. This time the mixture must also be stirred, but it should be kept on fire for only 2 minutes.
  4. Place the finished salad in a salad bowl, let cool slightly, and garnish with finely chopped herbs.


Royal salad with red caviar and shrimp

Ingredients

  • small shrimps – 300 g;
  • crab sticks (or crab meat if desired) – 230 g;
  • squid – 230 g;
  • hard cheese – 230 g;
  • garlic clove;
  • red caviar – 60 g;
  • quail eggs – 12 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt;
  • greenery.

Cooking method

  1. Squids are boiled in boiling water for several minutes. Then they cool, the film is removed from them and the squids are cut into strips.
  2. After this, you need to boil the shrimp and peel them. If they are large, then it is worth cutting into smaller pieces. Cut the crab sticks into strips. Boil quail eggs, peel and grate.
  3. Mix the ingredients, add grated cheese and chopped garlic clove. At the end, add mayonnaise, salt, caviar and mix carefully. Decorate the salad with fresh herbs and caviar.

Layered salad “Royally” with red fish and caviar

Ingredients

  • salmon – 200 gr
  • cheese – 150 gr
  • cucumber – 1 pc.
  • egg – 3 pcs
  • butter – 25 g
  • red onion – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise to taste

For the marinade:

  • water – 300 ml
  • salt – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • vinegar 9% – 3 tbsp. spoons

For decoration:

  • red caviar – 1 – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • olives – 0.5 cans

Step by step cooking method

  1. First of all, we need to finely chop the onion and marinate it. The onion should be cut into half rings, and if the head is large, then cut it into two more halves.
  2. For the marinade, mix all ingredients. Take water at room temperature, either boiled or raw. However, it is not recommended to take raw water from a tap where chlorinated water flows. Use bottled water for this. Mix the ingredients until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved in the water.
  3. Pour the marinade over the onions and leave for 10 - 15 minutes, that is, while we prepare the ingredients.
  4. Yes, and you also need to put a piece of butter in the freezer in advance. Try to use only 82% fat oil. This is real oil, tasty and healthy.
  5. Boil the eggs, peel them and chop them finely.
  6. Cut the cucumber into small strips. To do this, first cut it into thin plates, and then cut slightly diagonally.
  7. Grate the cheese. You can use any cheese in this recipe. Soft cheese is also suitable, and even more so than hard cheese. It sticks together better, and for this option this is only a plus.
  8. Cut the red fish into small cubes. However, it is desirable that the cubes do not fall apart and can retain their shape. So keep this in mind when slicing.
  9. Place the fish on a plate. Remove the oil from the freezer and grate it directly onto the fish.
  10. Prepare portioned plates or one large flat dish (depending on what shapes you have prepared). We put a form on it.
  11. And lay out the salmon mixed with butter as the first layer. Compact it with a tablespoon.
  12. Place a second layer of pickled onions. But first you need to drain the marinade and squeeze out the onion. If the taste turns out to be sour or salty, then the onion can be washed.
  13. Add fresh cucumber. Squeeze out a small amount of mayonnaise from the bag and smooth it onto the surface. Again, slightly compacting the contents.
  14. Add eggs to the cucumber and again coat the layer with mayonnaise, lightly tamping it with a tablespoon.
  15. And finally, our last layer will be cheese. Just lay it out tightly and press down well with a spoon. There is no need to lubricate with mayonnaise anymore. The first layers are already quite dense and will be a good platform for it.
  16. The form and contents should be placed in the refrigerator to make it easier to remove the form later.
  17. You can leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. It depends when you eat it. But you will need to decorate its top immediately before serving.
  18. But before serving, you need to remove the molds with the contents from the refrigerator and carefully remove them, leaving our beauty unchanged. To do this, do not jerk them sharply, but gently pull them from one side. You may need to rotate it slightly. Our task is to maintain its shape. Therefore, we do everything possible for this.

Cooking method

  1. Boil the vegetables, peel them.
  2. Boil the eggs, remove the shells.
  3. Cut the salmon into pieces.
  4. Grate vegetables and eggs on a fine grater.
  5. Place the film on the table and place the lavash on it.
  6. Place in layers, covering each layer with mayonnaise: first carrots, then potatoes, eggs and salmon.

Salad with crayfish tails

Ingredients needed to make crayfish tail salad:

Quail eggs must be boiled, peeled and grated. Squids need to be cut into strips. Grate the Dutch cheese on a coarse grater.

The potatoes must be boiled in their skins, peeled and grated on a coarse grater. Crayfish necks should be strained and cut into small pieces.

This salad must be laid out in layers on a plate lined with lettuce leaves in any order. Only the caviar should be left for decoration, and do not forget to grease each layer with mayonnaise. It is better to put the finished salad in the refrigerator, first to soak it in, and then eat it cold.

Salad with red fish

Ingredients needed to prepare red fish salad:

  • boiled chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
  • Russian cheese – 200 g
  • lightly salted red fish – 200 g
  • butter – 50 g

Salad with mushrooms

  • chicken fillet – 300 g
  • champignon mushrooms – 300 g
  • mayonnaise – 250 g

  • carrots – 1 large
  • Estonian cheese – 250 g
  • potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • boiled chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • salt, ground black pepper - a pinch
  • salmon caviar – 30 g
  • sunflower oil – 30 g

Chicken fillet should be boiled in a pan of salted water. Cool the finished chicken and cut into small pieces. The eggs need to be boiled until the yolk is thick, this will take about 10 minutes. Then peel and cut into cubes.

The mushrooms must be peeled, washed and cut, and then placed in a frying pan with hot sunflower oil. The pan should be covered with a lid. Let the mushrooms stew a little.

The carrots must be peeled and grated on a fine grater, then put in a frying pan, add a finely chopped onion and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.

The potatoes should be boiled in their skins, peeled and grated on a coarse grater.

Next you need to take a flat dish and lay out the first layer of potatoes, greased with mayonnaise. Then lay out the mushrooms and also grease with mayonnaise. Place fried carrots and onions on top of the mushrooms. And put pieces of chicken on the carrots, which are also poured with mayonnaise.   • Gouda cheese – 200 g
  • black olives without pits – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 150 g

  • boiled chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • fresh parsley – 30 g
  • salt, spices - a pinch

The eggs must first be boiled for about 10 minutes, and then peeled and grated. Before preparing the salad, butter should be placed in the freezer for a while, and then also grated. Grate the Gouda cheese using a large mesh grater.

Squeeze the lightly salted salmon from the liquid and chop finely. Remove the olives from the jar and cut into rings. Peel the garlic and crush it through a press.

The mayonnaise for this salad should be mixed with garlic. Combine salmon with butter.

This salad must be laid out in layers. Place eggs on the first layer and brush with mayonnaise. Next add cheese and mayonnaise again. Place the salmon with butter on the next layer and add mayonnaise again. The last layer will be olives. You need to decorate this salad with finely chopped parsley.

Salad with caviar

Ingredients needed to prepare the salad:

  • squid – 6 pcs.
  • boiled eggs – 6 pcs.
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Gouda cheese – 200 g
  • Salmon caviar – 150 g
  • mayonnaise – 200 g
  • salt - a pinch

Squids need to be cleaned and placed in boiling water, adding a little salt, and cook for about a minute so that they do not turn out tough. Boil the eggs, peel and use only the whites for the salad, which must be cut into strips. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Also grate the Gouda cheese using a coarse grater.

Place on a dish in layers in the following order: squid, egg whites, potatoes, cheese, caviar and coat each layer with mayonnaise. All layers must be repeated again and put the finished salad in the refrigerator for soaking.

Salad with salmon caviar

Ingredients needed to prepare the salad:

  • Salmon caviar – 150 g
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • boiled chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
  • peeled shrimp – 200 g
  • Edam cheese – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 100 g
  • salt - a pinch

First you need to boil chicken eggs, peel them and cut them into cubes. You should also cut a fresh cucumber. The cheese can be grated or cut into small cubes. Boil the shrimp, add a little salt to the water in which they will be cooked, cool and place in a bowl with the previous ingredients.

All components of the salad must be salted and sprinkled with mayonnaise.

Pineapple salad

Ingredients needed to make pineapple salad:

  • chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
  • pickled pineapples – 1 jar
  • marinated champignons – 500 g
  • Chinese cabbage – 1 pc.
  • fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • mayonnaise – 200 g
  • salt - a pinch

Chicken fillet should be boiled in a pan of salted water. Then cool and tear into small fibers, but you can also cut into pieces. The champignons must be strained and cut into slices. Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it and tear it finely with your hands. Parsley must be washed, dried and chopped. Also strain the pineapples and cut them into cubes; if you took them in pieces, you can put them in this form in a salad bowl.

All the prepared products must be mixed in a bowl and poured with mayonnaise. Mix the finished salad evenly and can be placed on the table.

Tsarsky cocktail salad
