Ingredients:

- 100 grams of pickled champignons;
- 1 large potato;
- 1 small carrot;
- 100 grams of chicken fillet;
- 1 onion;
- vegetable oil for frying onions;

- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;
- 2 tbsp. sour cream;
- greens for decoration.

For this salad we need marinated champignons. These are now sold in all stores, but it will be tastier and cheaper to make them yourself at home. Cut the mushrooms into slices. And place it on a flat plate in a circle.





Cut the onion into half rings. Fry in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat. We want the onion to brown until golden, become transparent, but under no circumstances burn. Place the onion on a plate and wait a few minutes for it to cool.





Place the fried and cooled onions on top of the mushrooms.
