One drawback is that there are very few recipes for it, even on the Internet, so you have to do your own experiments.

  • cheese... Well, what kind of pizza (even fast or lazy) without

  • mushrooms or
  • sweet pepper!

Mix the ingredients for the pizza batter, take it out of the refrigerator and cut the filling, I have one quick pizza with:

  • 3 raw champignons,
  • half a large tomato
  • cheese (70 g) and
  • 2 sausages,

and the second with minced meat, which was left over from the stuffed roll.

We turn on the frying pan, if it is a regular frying pan and not a Dry Cooker, then grease it with oil and heat it up, my frying pan has a temperature sensor, when the frying pan is heated up, it turns red. Pour our liquid yeast-free pizza dough into a heated frying pan, and then begin to lay layers of filling on top of the dough.

Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza and cover the pan with a lid.

In a regular frying pan, pizza cooks over low heat for about 15 minutes (cooking time will depend on the amount of toppings), and my frying pan cooked the pizza in 10 minutes (this is due to convection due to the holes).

I filled the hole in the middle of my special pizza with fresh vegetable salad, using the disadvantage as an advantage 😉

Mix fermented milk products or mayonnaise with eggs and salt, beat well with a whisk or fork. Then, stirring constantly, add the sifted flour and mix until smooth. The dough should be quite thick, reminiscent of sour cream.

Let's prepare the filling. I will have this: onions, bell peppers, sausage, onions and tomatoes. You can see how I cut them in the photo.

Place the frying pan on low heat and grease with a very thin layer of vegetable oil. It is better to do this with a silicone brush so that it is not greasy.

Pour in our yeast-free pizza dough and lightly level it with a spatula if necessary. Cover with a lid and wait a couple of minutes until the base sets slightly.

Then, apply a little mayonnaise and tomato sauce. They can also be spread with a brush.

Carefully lay out the onion rings, tomatoes, sweet bell peppers and sausage, cover with a lid and wait until the tomatoes and peppers look steamed. This process lasts 10-15 minutes, always on low heat so that the base of our pizza does not burn.

After this time, put the cheese on the top layer, cover again and wait until it melts. As soon as this happens, delicious and quick pizza in a frying pan is ready.
