Peel the garlic cloves, rinse and pass through a press. Place in a bowl with the chicken and stir. Cover the container and leave it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. If possible, you can leave it to marinate overnight. The longer the wings are marinated, the tastier they will be.

First, we make a marinade for the wings, in which they will “swim” from 2 hours to a day. You can keep them for less than 2 hours, but the taste will not be the same. In general, the longer they marinate, the tastier the dish will be. The best option when preparing wings for dinner is to marinate them in the morning, before going to work.

Pour honey into a small bowl, add mustard and squeezed garlic to it.

If you like it very spicy, you can safely squeeze out 4 cloves and add more mustard. For lovers of moderately spicy food, the amount given in the recipe is more than enough.

  • uncandied honey - about 100 g;
  • fresh or frozen chicken wings - at least 850 g;
  • grain mustard - 100 g;
  • fresh lemon juice - 50 ml;
  • garlic cloves - 2-3 pcs.;
  • fresh greens - 40 g;
  • different spices - use to taste (including table salt).

How should you marinate wings in honey mustard sauce? Recipes for such dishes require careful processing of poultry meat. It is allowed to thaw completely (if it was frozen), and then washed well, cutting off all unnecessary elements. If there are hairs on the skin of the wings, they are singed over a lit burner.

Wings in soy sauce with honey, mustard, ketchup

When choosing a recipe for marinating wings in honey and soy sauce, they also use very unusual ingredients, for example, ketchup. Depending on the composition of the sauce, the taste of the dish also changes, so this way you can diversify the menu. With the help of ketchup, you can add a new twist to a classic variation of the dish, creating an indescribable bouquet of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • wings – 0.5 kg;
  • ketchup – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • sauce – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • honey – 0.5 tbsp. l..

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Rub the marinade over the wings and keep them in it for 2 hours.
  2. The wings are baked in honey-soy sauce for 30 minutes.
