While the meat is roasting, prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix mayonnaise with mustard (you can add a little chopped herbs to the dressing).

In another frying pan, fry the chopped champignons and finely chopped onion until browned.

Cut the fried chicken meat into large slices.

First of all, cook the chicken fillet, then cool in a separate bowl. Chop the mushrooms and fry in a frying pan over low heat. Add finely chopped onion to them.
