LE FROMAGE - CHEESE

Cheese can be a real treat if served correctly. To add variety to your cheese plate, we recommend choosing the following cheeses: Camembert or Brie, Parmesan or Cheddar, one of the blue cheeses, mozzarella, edam or Gouda, and goat or sheep cheese. This way, you will have cheeses of different spiciness and softness on your plate. Don't forget to garnish the cheese with honey, nuts, grapes, strawberries, figs, crackers or baguette pieces.

What to take from food

France always means fresh bread (baguette, croissants), cheeses (Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Dor Blue) and wine (of course, choose French: a light rosé or white will make the evening easy). France also means pates that will go wonderfully with herbs (basil, arugula, lollo rossa, iceberg lettuce, a little mint for piquancy and flavor). There is no need to dress salads with oil, just lay out clean leaves beautifully, and guests will assemble their sandwiches themselves. You can make an omelet at home - also a very French dish. A picnic in French is quiche (open pie), eclairs, pasta, profiteroles, meringues. The cheeses are served with honey and nuts, you can even add black olives, strawberries and other berries.

What to take not from food

Take a vintage tablecloth, the oldest plates of different colors, a bouquet of flowers and a straw basket. And glasses, definitely glasses! Make a playlist of the most famous French songs or classic films. The atmosphere of France will be guaranteed to you!
