1. Let's prepare all the products. Finely chop the meat into pieces. Chop the vegetables.

2. Season the meat and add your favorite herbs. I have a ready-made set of herbs without any chemical impurities, called “for pizza”. But I use it everywhere, I really like it. It contains the following herbs: onions, bell peppers, dill, marjoram, dried garlic, basil, pepper, parsley, thyme, celery.

3. Pour one tablespoon into the bottom of the pot. sunflower oil.

4. All that remains is to put all the products into pots. Let's start with vegetables: onions, carrots, bell peppers.

5. Next comes beef meat.

6. Now the zucchini and potatoes.

8. To prevent the meat and vegetables from burning, add plain water (0.5 cup) or broth.

9. Place our pots in the oven for 2 hours. Let's set the temperature to 180-200 degrees.

Secrets of cooking beef in pots:

1. Do not preheat the oven. Pots may suffer from sudden temperature changes. When removing the pots from the oven, place them on a wooden stand. Avoid contrasting temperatures.

2. The ratio of vegetables to meat can be different, as well as the composition of the vegetables themselves.

3. If your child is not accustomed to chewing pieces of meat, you can add minced meat. This way the dish will cook faster and the child will be able to eat it. But usually, by the age of 2, children can already cope with meat if they like to eat it.

3. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and fry them in oil until crispy.


4. Peel sweet peppers from seeds with partitions, cut into pieces and fry in a frying pan until golden.


5. Do the same with the onion: peel, chop and saute until transparent.


6. Also lightly fry the garlic cut into rings.


7. When all the ingredients are prepared, start collecting food in pots. First add the meat and onions.


8. Next, add garlic and pepper.

How to cook beef in a pot? Wash the meat in cold water, dry it with a paper towel, remove the veins, excess fat and cut across the grain into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings. Pour a spoonful of oil into the bottom of each pot, add the meat and onions, add salt and mix. Cover with lids and place in the oven for an hour and a half, preheated to 180 degrees.

For the sauce, mix flour with salt, mustard and sour cream. You can add a handful of pre-soaked dried mushrooms. The flavors will mix and the result will be simply magical. Pour the sauce into the pots and leave for another half hour in the oven over low heat.

Beef with vegetables in a pot

  • beef – 800 g;
  • eggplants – 600 g;
  • bell pepper – 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes – 4 pcs.;

  • parsley – 1 bunch;
  • vegetable oil – 1/3 tbsp.;

Preparation

Prepare the meat as in the previous recipe. Next, fry the pieces of beef along with diced onions and carrots. In a separate frying pan, fry slices of eggplant, peppers and tomatoes (you can take your favorite set of vegetables - the dish will only benefit from this - don’t be afraid to experiment in the kitchen). Combine meat with vegetables, put in pots, salt and pepper. Cover with lids and bake for an hour in the oven over low heat.

Add crushed garlic and chopped parsley to the beef baked in a pot. Keep the lids closed for several minutes. Serve the dish hot, with sour cream or mayonnaise.

Beef with rice in a pot

Ingredients:

  • beef – 250 g;
  • brown rice - 1 cup;
  • ginger (grated) – 2 teaspoons;
  • almonds (crushed) – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • broccoli – 200 g;
  • soy sauce – 3 teaspoons;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Preparation

Cut the prepared meat and fry in a well-heated frying pan with almonds, ginger and broccoli for about 5 minutes. Place half of the beef in pots, add washed rice, and again meat on top. It should be taken into account that the cereal will increase in volume and the pots should be filled no more than 2/3. Pour hot boiled water two fingers above the meat level. Distribute soy sauce evenly among the pots. You can add additional salt and pepper. Place in the oven for half an hour, preheated to 200 degrees. If the rice is not cooked during this time, and the water has already boiled away, add a little boiling water and hold for another 3-5 minutes.

Add onions and carrots to the meat. Stir, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables absorb the oil and meat juice.






Increase the heat slightly and lightly fry the meat with onions and carrots. At this stage of cooking, you can add your favorite spices and seasonings to the meat.

  1. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees.

  4. Preparing the vegetables. Peel the carrots and cut them into round slices.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  6. Wash the zucchini, if the skin is thick, then remove the skin, remove the seeds and cut into large slices.
  7. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
  8. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
  9. We take on the potatoes last, because... in the air it quickly darkens. Clean and cut into thin slices.
  10. Let's start collecting our pots. At the bottom of each pot we first put the meat, then the onion, cut into half rings, potatoes, carrots, zucchini and tomatoes.
  11. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic and sprinkle with your favorite spices.
  12. Fill the pot about halfway with boiling water.
  13. And, the last stage, add sour cream.
