Great cake. As, indeed, are most honey cakes.
The highlight of this cake is the cream. The cream consists of two parts - white and dark. These parts differ not only in color, but also in taste. The white part is light and sweet, while the dark part is more sour and has a specific caramel aroma.
The cream is quite liquid after preparation. But after infusion, the moisture from the cream is redistributed into the cakes, making them juicy and fluffy.

COMPOUND

DOUGH

2 cups flour (320g), 100g butter, ~3 tablespoons honey (100g), 0.5 cups powdered sugar, 2 eggs, vanillin, 1 level teaspoon soda, 0.5 teaspoon baking powder

CREAM No. 1

500g fat 30% sour cream, 100~130g 20% cream, 150g condensed milk

CREAM No. 2

500g fat 30% sour cream, 100~130g 20% cream, 250g boiled condensed milk

Dough
Bring butter to room temperature.
Using a mixer, mix the butter with flour, soda, baking powder and vanilla.
You should get small, greasy crumbs.

In another bowl, beat eggs with powdered sugar. Stir in liquid honey.

Combine the liquid and dry components.
The dough should be sticky, thick, and easy to knead.

Place a circle of baking paper on the bottom of a mold d=22cm.
Place half of the dough and smooth it out.

Bake in an oven preheated to t=180~200°C for 13~18 minutes.

Bake the second cake in the same way.
Place the cakes on the table and leave to cool.

Cream
Beat the sour cream with a mixer into a solid mass.

Add cream little by little and stir with a mixer at low speed.
The cream should become more liquid, but not pouring, but “blobbing.”
Divide the cream into 2 parts.
Mix simple condensed milk into one part, and boiled milk into the other.
The white cream will become very liquid, while the dark cream will remain thick.

Assembling the cake
Cut the cooled cakes into 2 parts.

Line a pan of the same diameter as the cakes with foil on the inside.
Place one cake layer on the bottom of the mold. Pour half of the white cream onto it.

Place the second cake layer and half of the dark cream.
Then repeat the alternation of cake - white cream - cake - dark cream.
You can leave a little cream (any kind) for coating the sides of the cake.
Sprinkle grated chocolate and/or nuts on top of the cake.
Place the pan with the cake in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
Remove the finished cake from the pan by pulling the hanging ends of the foil.

Remove the foil and throw away.
Coat the sides of the cake with the reserved cream. Sprinkle with chocolate if desired.

We ordered a cake for a wedding, we wanted something beautiful and tasty and affordable, since we weren’t having a big celebration. Avetort embodied everything we wanted! Excellent approach to the client and understanding of what was really needed. The cake was delivered at the time agreed upon, which is very rare these days. The taste was incredible, our family really loves fruit and berry filling with sourness, not all confectioners are able to create such a combination of tastes, but again Avetort succeeded, for which we are very grateful. The base of the cake itself was a sponge cake, it was tender and airy. And special thanks for the beautiful and neat decoration of the cake. We are happy with everything!!!

On Tuesday I ordered a “Master Yoda” cake for my boss’s birthday. Today, Thursday, the cake was ready.
Organizational side: the moment of payment is slightly imperfect (prepayment by transfer, final payment only in cash), but, in general, everything else is good: operators answer questions quickly, ordering is easy, cake baking time is short, delivery is convenient (to the door) in 3- xhour period.
Financial side: the cost is average (compared with 3 other confectionery shops).
Confectionery side)): the decor is done quite neatly, the filling is in even layers, the taste is very pleasant.
I’m very pleased with the confectionery and grateful that Avetort didn’t let me down :)

We ordered a cake with a crown for our one year old daughter. Tasty, fresh, moderately sweet, not cloying and well soaked. The strawberry yogurt cream was flavorful and to die for. We were delighted with such sweetness and beauty; all the guests really liked the taste.

For a child's birthday, they ordered a cake from the Avetort confectionery. The cake design was chosen from the cartoon "Barboskiny". The cake turned out to be very original, airy and incredibly tasty, and the homemade ball-shaped lollipops especially delighted the little guests. The order was ready exactly on time. Thank you for a great children's party!
