  • cherry leaf - 2 pcs;

Ingredients:

  • grapes - 115 g (small white seedless berries)
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • white wine vinegar - 100 g;
  • tarragon in leaves.

Preparation: Place the washed berries mixed with tarragon leaves in a jar and pour over the marinade that has boiled for a few minutes. Allow to cool until the container can be picked up simply by hand, and only then seal with a tight plastic lid. The dish will be ready in 14-15 days after storage in a cool, dark place.

Marination with bell peppers and apples

Ingredients:

  • grapes of any variety;
  • bell peppers of different colors;
  • sour apples.
  • cloves - 2-3 pcs.;
  • vinegar - 35 ml;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • cinnamon - on the tip of a knife;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp;
  • water - 1 l.

Preparation: Place ingredients in jars in layers to make it look beautiful. First, cut bell peppers at your discretion, then apples into slices and then ripe grapes. Marinade per 3 liter jar

  • peppercorns - 5-8 pcs.;
  • salt - 2 tbsp. l.;

Preparation

  1. First of all, you need to prepare the grapes: remove them from the branches, remove spoiled berries, and wash thoroughly under running water.
  2. Then you should prepare the jars for preservation. To quickly and efficiently sterilize jars, place them on a baking sheet in the oven. Then, having set the operating mode to 100 degrees, keep the empty container there for half an hour. There are several other ways to prepare jars - over steam, in the microwave, etc. In the oven - the most convenient because it is possible to sterilize several large containers at once.
  3. After sterilization, place spices and grapes on the bottom of the jars.
  4. Prepare boiling water. Pour it over the berries. Cover with lids and leave them alone for 15 minutes.

Marinade

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and pour it into jars of grapes and spices, which are covered with sterilized lids. After 3 minutes, pour the water back into the pan so that the spices remain in the jar. Pour in another glass of water and bring the mixture to a boil again, adding 2 tsp for each jar. sugar, 1 tsp. 4% table vinegar and 1 tsp. salt.   • raisin grapes – 0.4 kg;
  • water – 200 g;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • vinegar 9% – 5 tbsp;

  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • black peppercorns – 0.25 tsp;
  • fresh ginger – 10 g;
  • dried rosemary – 1 tsp;
  • dried mint – 1 tsp.

Grapes can be prepared with mint and rosemary. To do this, you will first need to wash and separate the berries from 0.4 kg of sultanas. The grapes are pierced with a toothpick in several places and placed in a sterilized jar. If desired, you can add a little rosemary or thyme.

Marinade

Pour 200 g of water into the pan, add 100 g of sugar, 5 tbsp. 9% vinegar, 1 - 2 bay leaves, 10 g fresh ginger, 0.25 tsp. black peppercorns, 0.5 tsp. dried rosemary and 1 tsp. dried mint. If you have fresh herbs available, you can add them.

You can also marinate grapes with mustard. To do this, prepare fresh large table grapes at the rate of 1 kg of fresh fruit per 750 ml of marinade. Rinse the berries and carefully separate them from the branches. Place them in sterilized jars.
Boil 10 liters of water, adding 2 kg of sugar, 200 g of 9% vinegar, 5 g of cloves, 10 g of mustard, 15 g of cinnamon, 10 g of bay leaf and 15 g of black peppercorns. Wait for the mixture to cool and pour it over the grapes. You can screw the jars and send them for storage.

Canned tomatoes with grapes

Ingredients

  • tomatoes -1.3 kg;
  • bell pepper – 2 large;
  • white grapes – 300 gr;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • greens (horseradish leaves, dill branches, currant leaves) – 50 gr.;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – 1 tbsp;
  • black peppercorns - to taste.

For this recipe, for each serving you will need 1.3 kg of ripe tomatoes, 2 bell peppers and 300 g of white grapes. Everything must be washed thoroughly and placed in sterilized jars. Add 2 cloves of garlic and 50 g of herbs (horseradish leaves, dill branches, currant leaves), peppercorns to the bottom of the prepared container, lay the ingredients in layers.

Marinade

Next, fill with boiled water and leave for 20 minutes, covering the jars with a lid. The water must be poured into the pan and brought to a boil again.   • white grapes;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;

  • fresh basil - 1 sprig;
  • fresh mint - sprig;
  • cloves – 3-4 pcs;
  • black peppercorns – 4-5 pcs;
  • sugar – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – 2 tbsp;
  • vinegar 9% – 1.5 tbsp.

There is another way to preserve tomatoes for winter use. To do this, you will need tomatoes and grapes, which are carefully washed and separated from the branches. Place tomatoes and berries one by one in a three-liter jar; before that, place 1 sprig of fresh basil, 3 - 4 cloves of garlic, 3 - 4 buds of cloves, 4 - 5 black peppercorns, 1 onion, 1 sprig of mint on the bottom.

Marinade

Pour boiling water over the jars for 5 - 10 minutes. Drain the solution back and bring the water to a boil again, then repeat the procedure with pouring for 5 - 10 minutes. Drain the mixture back and add 2 tbsp. salt and 4 tbsp. sugar, bringing to a boil. Add 1.5 tbsp to the jars. 9% vinegar and then pour in the marinade. Tighten the jars and leave to cool upside down.
