Ingredients needed

  • 3 packs of mivina (instant noodles)
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 350 g boiled sausage
  • 340 g canned corn
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Let's start the process

  1. First of all, you need to remove the vermicelli from the bags, break it into small pieces, put it in a bag and, using a rolling pin, chop it. Then you need to put it in a saucepan and fill it with hot water. Then cover with a lid and leave for ten minutes.
  2. Pre-boiled eggs need to be peeled and cut into small cubes. Cut the sausage using the same shape. Place these two ingredients in a salad bowl.
  3. Drain the water from the can of corn and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Peel the onion and chop it very finely. Then we send it to the same salad bowl.
  5. After the required time, the noodles should have doubled in size. Add it to the rest of the ingredients. Then you need to add salt and pepper.
  6. Then add mayonnaise and mix well. Can be served immediately.

Ingredients:

Mivina, instant noodles – 1 package (60 g)

eggs – 2 pcs.

small tomatoes – 2 pcs.

fresh or canned peas – 100 g

Feta cheese (or other salty cheese) – 50 g

mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.

salt pepper

greens if desired

Preparation

To prepare the salad as quickly as possible, first boil the eggs and boil the water for the noodles.

Crush the vermicelli briquette in a closed package so that it crumbles into small pieces. Pour the vermicelli into a deep bowl without the seasonings that come with it (or you can add them, but in this case the seasonings will determine the taste).

Pour boiling water over the vermicelli to the same level as its surface and cover the bowl tightly. Leave Mivina to swell well and cool.

Coarsely chop the hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes. It is better to remove the skin from tomatoes.

Drain canned peas. If you used fresh peas for the salad, boil them for 5 minutes in salted water.

Finely chop or crumble the cheese. You can replace soft salty cheese with any hard cheese, but in this case it is better to grate it, since all the components of the salad are soft.

Mix all the ingredients, salt the salad, pepper, add mayonnaise.

Stir.

You can choose any mushrooms; I took champignons because I was preparing the roll in winter. There is not much choice on the shelves at this time.

Meat rolls with mushrooms - recipe

  • Pork (loin) – 300 g;
  • champignons – 150 g;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • egg – 1-2 pcs;
  • onion – 2 pcs;
  • small lemon – 0.5 pcs (juice);
  • salt - to taste;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • fresh dill - a bunch;
  • ground black pepper – 1-1.5 tsp (to taste);
  • Refined sunflower oil – 4-5 tbsp. l;
  • breadcrumbs - 0.5 cups.

Recipe for meat rolls with mushrooms

Break the meat slices into a very thin layer, but make sure there are no holes. Sprinkle each with lemon juice on both sides.

Salt the chopped meat and pepper. Place the slices one on top of the other, cover with a plate or film, and leave to marinate for a while.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions for the filling into small cubes to make stuffing the meat rolls easier. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it without drying it out. Add mushrooms, pepper, spices to taste and salt. Bring the mushroom filling for rolls until ready. Until cooked means evaporate the juice from the mushrooms and lightly fry them along with the onions.

Add grated cheese, finely chopped dill and chopped garlic to the filling for meat rolls with mushrooms. Mix. The filling is ready.

Place a spoonful of filling onto the layer of meat, distributing it over almost the entire piece, leaving one edge empty (for better fixation of the roll).

Roll the stuffed meat into a roll, twisting tightly enough so that the rolls do not unroll when frying.

Beat eggs for breading, salt and pepper. Place wheat breadcrumbs in another plate. Dip the meat rolls with mushrooms first into the egg, then transfer to a plate with breading. Roll and sprinkle the edges with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan or frying pan. Lay out the prepared semi-finished products in portions, fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, carefully turning to form an even golden brown crust.

After frying, place the meat rolls in a mold and place in the oven at 200 degrees. Leave for 6-7 minutes without covering.
