Stuffed cabbage rolls in lettuce leaves
1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 large cucumber, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 1 bunch of green onions.
Soak sunflower seeds overnight in clean cold water. In the morning, drain the water and grind the seeds in a meat grinder along with some of the green onions. Finely chop the cucumber and stir into the resulting mixture.
Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from the bunch, then place a teaspoon of the seed-cucumber mixture on the leaves, wrap them in the form of envelopes and tie them with green onion feathers. Serve with raw food mayonnaise.
