How to make banana dessert with kefir. Kefir - banana dessert

After all the goodies of the culinary site - a tight dress, jeans don’t fit, that is, it’s time to go on a diet. But suddenly switching to dietary nutrition is quite difficult, especially for gourmets like me.

Each of us struggles with extra pounds in our own way. For me personally, a strict diet has never been a solution in a situation related to excess weight. The nervous system is still more expensive. What am I doing?

First. I never allow myself to be overweight by more than 5 kg. The less excess weight, the more effective the fight.

Second. I stop all chewing processes after 17.00. The only exceptions are apples and kefir.

And third. Since I am not a fan of strict diets, I do fasting days. On such days, I do not eat any porridge (oatmeal, buckwheat), but eat exclusively either baked apples, or oranges, or cocktails based on low-fat kefir or yogurt with various fruits. No one has ever died of hunger in one day without a nutritious meal.

Banana dessert is my favorite fasting dish. It is quite simple to make, there is no feeling of hunger and it is very tasty.

To prepare dessert, I take three ripe, even overripe bananas, a glass of low-fat kefir and honey. Kefir can be replaced with a glass of yogurt. I purposefully replaced sugar with honey; after all, the dessert is intended for a fasting day.

I cut the bananas into pieces. I grind it using a blender.

I add a tablespoon of honey (liquid).

Kefir or yogurt and beat again.

If I need a double dose of dessert, I pour the crushed contents into a wider container and beat with a mixer.

I pour it into a deep, but flat-bottomed plate and put it in the refrigerator to harden until the next morning.

In the morning I carefully transfer it to a flat dish, the dessert is ready. If you are afraid that the dessert will lose its shape during transportation, place the cup with the dessert in a wider bowl of hot water for literally one minute. The dessert will bounce back on its own.

Preparing dessert has its own small subtleties. The bananas must be overripe, otherwise the dessert will not harden and you will end up with an ordinary cocktail. If it suits you, you can also use it as a cocktail.

Secondly, it is better not to add kefir than to pour it.

And third, if you still want to get a dessert, not a cocktail, and only green bananas are available, dilute a little gelatin and add it to the composition. This happened in my practice.

Yes, and one last thing. The portion, if desired, can be doubled or tripled, that is, it can be enough to last for the whole day. If you have sufficiently prepared yourself for the fasting day, it is better to make the dessert in the evening so that by tomorrow morning it has time to harden.

Well, that's all, dear colleagues of the site-yummy. Such simple but delicious recipes are only, oh, so good for us. Eat dessert, lose those extra pounds, enjoy the taste and describe your new delicious dishes that you spoil your family with.
