Recipe 1

The following set of products will help you bake a banana pie:

butter for dough and greasing the multibowl;

  • 2 medium eggs;
  • 2-3 bananas;
  • wheat flour – 400 g;
  • 200 grams of granulated sugar;
  • a packet of baking powder;
  • 100 ml low fat milk;
  • salt to taste.

First, sift the flour, and then add the remaining bulk ingredients (baking powder and soda) to it. Mash the bananas with a fork until mushy.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and put the bananas in it, and then add the beaten eggs, milk and sugar.

In one large container, combine the contents of both containers and mix everything until a homogeneous dough is obtained. After this, carefully pour it into a multi-bowl greased with butter. It takes about an hour to cook banana pie in a slow cooker. You need to remove the finished product from the device after it has cooled slightly.

Recipe 2

If, when kneading the dough to make a sponge cake, you add a few bananas to it, you will get a very tender cake. This is what many housewives use when preparing light baked goods at home that have a wonderful taste.

Prepare the following ingredients in advance:

  • wheat flour – 180 grams;
  • granulated sugar – 200 g;
  • baking powder – 1 sachet;
  • fresh eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • cinnamon – 5 grams;
  • 2-3 medium sized bananas.

We prepare a banana pie in a slow cooker using the following technology: with a mixer or a hand whisk, beat the eggs with sugar until smooth, so that the mass is slightly airy.

We make puree from the fruits - to do this we mash them with a fork.

Pour sifted flour into the mixture of eggs and sugar, mix the mixture lightly, and then add fruit puree, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly until the dough becomes airy.

Grease the multi-bowl with oil and pour the dough into it, leveling with a spoon if necessary. Bake the product for 1 hour.

Recipe 3 with semolina

It’s not difficult to make a semolina-based banana pie. We take the following ingredients for it:

  • 2-3 medium-sized bananas;
  • granulated sugar – 150 g;
  • 50 grams of semolina;
  • a small packet of baking powder;
  • half a glass of oil;
  • 150 ml water;
  • wheat flour – 100 g (sifted);
  • salt to taste.

When planning to cook a banana pie in a slow cooker, first combine all the bulk ingredients in one bowl (take 1/3 sugar). Pour water and vegetable oil into another bowl. After this, carefully mix the contents of the two containers so that there are no lumps in the dough.

Melt the remaining sugar in a frying pan. Cut the fruit into small pieces 3-5 mm wide.

Pour melted sugar into the bowl of the device and place bananas on it in an even layer. Fill everything with dough, lightly level it and place the multi-bowl in the device. The dessert takes an hour to prepare.

Recipe 4 Banana pie with almonds and honey

This original dessert is considered quite simple, so even an inexperienced cook can make it. For the recipe we take:

  • wheat flour – 120 grams;
  • almonds - 80 grams;
  • 100 grams each of butter and brown sugar;
  • 50 mg sour cream;
  • baking powder - half a small bag;
  • 2 medium eggs;
  • 120 grams of honey;
  • 2-3 small bananas;
  • a little salt.

When making a banana pie, the first step is to pour boiling water over the almonds and leave it for 5 minutes. After this, it will be possible to easily remove the husk. Then the nuts need to be dried in the oven and ground in a blender.

Beat sour cream with eggs and butter, add mashed bananas and chopped almonds.

Add sifted flour to the mixture and make a dough whose consistency should resemble sour cream. If it turns out a little thinner or thicker, it needs to be “diluted”, otherwise the cake will fall apart.

It takes 50 minutes to bake the banana pie in the slow cooker. At the end of the allotted time, the hot pastries must be carefully removed using a steaming bowl, and then generously greased with honey and allowed to “distance”.

  • 150 g white and 50 brown sugar;
  • 2 medium eggs;
  • 2-3 ripe bananas;
  • chopped nuts (any, but it is better to give preference to walnuts);
  • half a small spoon of cinnamon.

To bake a banana pie in a slow cooker, you need to mix flour with salt, baking soda and cereal (not all of them, but leave some). In a separate container, thoroughly beat white sugar with butter at room temperature and eggs.

Chop the bananas and then add them to the dough. Now you need to mix it well until you get an air mass.

Mix the remaining cereal with butter (there should be about 20 g), cinnamon and brown sugar - this mixture will create crumbs for the dessert.

Place the dough in the multicooker container, sprinkle with crumbs and set the time to 50 minutes. Before serving the dessert, let it cool slightly and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.

Banana pie is a simple and delicious slow cooker recipe. It turns out lush and very fragrant

Ingredients:

  • bananas – 2-3 pcs.
  • butter (or margarine) – 200 g
  • flour – 250 gr
  • sugar – 200 gr
  • chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • baking powder (or slaked soda) – 1 tsp.

I love cooking all kinds of baked goods in my favorite slow cooker. Firstly, because I am always sure that the baked goods will not burn and will rise perfectly. And secondly, cooking in a multicooker is a pleasure: you knead the dough, put it in a bowl, select the baking mode, and calmly go about your household chores. After 40-60 minutes, the kitchen will be filled with the aroma of a freshly baked pie.

Today I propose to bake a banana pie in a slow cooker. It can be served not only for family tea, but also for breakfast. Banana pie goes well with a glass of cold milk or a glass of fresh juice.

Cooking method

  1. So, take a bowl and cut bananas into slices.

  2. Add sugar.

  3. Grind bananas with sugar using a fork into a paste. Grind until the sugar softens and completely dissolves.

  4. Add two eggs and oil to the bowl. If you don't have butter on hand, you can use margarine. The butter should be at room temperature, so first soften it in the microwave or in a water bath. You can also simply take it out of the refrigerator in advance and leave it warm.

  5. Whisk everything in the bowl until smooth.

  6. Sift and add flour, pour baking powder and a packet of vanillin onto it. Remember that baking powder can easily be replaced with baking soda. The only thing is that it is recommended to quench the soda with table vinegar or lemon juice so that the taste of bitterness is not present in the baked goods.

  7. And we begin to knead the dough. The dough must be kneaded carefully so that no lumps form.

  8. Take the multicooker bowl, grease it with oil and put the finished dough into it, then bake on the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes. I cook banana pie in a Panasonic-18 multicooker.

    After the time has passed, check with a toothpick whether the dough is baked or not; if so, then take out the finished pie, and if not, leave it for a few more minutes until ready.

  9. It is recommended to remove the pie from the multicooker bowl using a plastic mold, which is used for steaming. This form is included in the multicooker kit. The mold makes it very convenient to remove hot baked goods from the bowl. You need to put the pan in the multicooker and sharply turn the bowl with the pie onto the table. Then carefully remove the bowl and you will see how the cake easily came out and remained on the steaming pan.

    And here we have a rosy, delicious banana pie!

If desired, you can sprinkle the finished cake with grated chocolate or icing sugar.

This is an excellent and satisfying dessert that everyone will like without exception. All that remains is to cut the pie into portions and serve with tea or coffee. It will be incredibly tasty with drinks such as cocoa.

Bon appetit!
