  • spicy mustard – 10 ml;
  • dried paprika, basil, oregano - a pinch;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the meat into portions. Mix spices, mustard, adjika, chopped garlic for the marinade, season with black pepper and vegetable oil.
  2. Marinate the meat portions for an hour at room temperature.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices, boil until half cooked, cool.
  4. Cut the carrots into slices, tomatoes into slices, chop the onion.
  5. Pour oil into the bottom of the mold, add onions, carrots, salt, season with basil, oregano and pepper. Place potatoes on top, salt and pepper, cover with ribs, pour over marinade.
  6. Bake for 37 minutes at 180 degrees under foil. A third of an hour after the start of cooking, remove the foil, 10 minutes before readiness, add tomato slices.

  1. Make a marinade from soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, liquid honey, oil and crushed garlic.
