  1. Boil two medium potatoes, cut into large slices, in salted water.
  2. Peel small carrots and onions. Grind.
  3. Peel and seed a medium young zucchini. Cut into slices.
  4. In a deep frying pan, sauté zucchini, carrots and onions in butter.
  5. Grind the boiled potatoes and stewed vegetables with a blender.
  6. Dilute the resulting puree with potato broth. Add spices to taste.
  7. Boil the puree soup for 1 – 2 minutes. Add crackers and herbs.

Cabbage soup with canned pink salmon (tuna)


Advice: You can make the dish cheaper by replacing pink salmon with saury or sardine.

  1. Boil finely shredded cabbage in salted water (you can use sauerkraut). Add bay leaf and lemon wedge.

A simple and satisfying dish that will take minimal time to prepare and will satisfy the whole family. Fast, tasty and simple.

  1. Add a teaspoon of vegetable oil to boiling water so that the pasta does not stick together during cooking. Add salt and add spaghetti. Cook for a few minutes until al dente. This is approximately 3 minutes (the packaging usually indicates more).
  2. Stew minced meat (bought or prepared in advance) with tomato paste or ketchup in a deep bowl with thick sides.
