Cut the chicken into small pieces and simmer. Finely chop the lard and fry in a roasting pan, adding finely chopped onion. Mix the chicken pieces with lard, onions and fry it all with constant stirring so as not to burn. Then put it in a saucepan with water (about 2 liters of water per chicken) and bring to a boil. When the water boils, throw in a glass of already sorted, washed rice and cook for 15-20 minutes. After this, wipe 10 fresh tomatoes and add to the kulesh. Then take 10 eggs, beat them and pour them through a sieve. Let the dish simmer for 5 minutes and add salt to taste. Then add greens to the kulesh. Do not boil, just cover the dish with a lid and let it brew.

CHICKEN FRICASSEE For microwave oven

1 kg chicken, 250 ml chicken. broth, 150g zucchini, 100g carrots. 150g champignons, 200ml dry. wine, 2-3 tbsp. spoon of starch, 3 tsp. lie sour cream, salt, pepper

Cook the chicken in 250 ml of broth for 8 minutes at 100% in a covered pan. Turn the chicken over and cook for another 8 minutes at 100%. Remove the meat from the bone and cut it into pieces. CHICKEN WITH DRIED FRUIT GRAVY (ARMENIAN CUISINE)

For 150 g chicken: 20 g melted butter, 10 g prunes, 10 g raisins, 50 g sour cream; salt to taste. Spread the prepared chicken, add salt, grease with sour cream and fry in oil on both sides, then chop into pieces, put in a pan, add washed raisins, dried apricots, add hot water (150-200 g), close with a lid and bring to readiness over low heat. . Serve the chicken with the dried fruit gravy.

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

So if you wanted to cook this wonderful dish and you have everything at your fingertips necessary ingredients, then you can start the process. Cover the pan with a lid so that there is a small gap left, and cook the broiler bird for 30 minutes.


After this time, add prepared vegetables to the broth, that is, onions, carrots, celery, parsley root and garlic. Season everything with laurel leaf, two types of peppercorns, black and allspice, and also, if desired, fresh or dried herbs which is listed in the ingredients.


Cover the chicken again with a lid and cook another 30 minutes. Then we check its readiness using a regular kitchen knife. We make a small incision deep into the fleshy part of the carcass, for example the thigh or breast; if a reddish liquid is released, keep the broiler on the stove for another 10–15 minutes, and if clear juice- the bird is ready!


Infuse it in broth at least 15–20 minutes, turning off the stove in advance. Then very carefully move it into a deep bowl, cover and let it cool a little. Then we put it on a large flat dish and serve it to the table, having previously cut it into portions.

Step 3: Serve the cooked chicken.



Boiled chicken is incredibly delicious! After cooking, cool the bird slightly, place it on a dish, cut into 8–12 portioned pieces and served as a second main hot course. Serve it with any side dish; porridge from different cereals, pasta, boiled, baked, and also fried vegetables, salads, marinades and pickles.
