I lightly greased the inside of the ring with a thin layer of vegetable oil, heated a frying pan, placed the ring on the frying pan and poured two spoons of dough inside. As you can see, it is perfectly distributed inside the ring. I recommend frying over very low heat so that the fluffy, plump pancakes are thoroughly baked.

  9. As soon as holes appear on the surface of the pancake, I carefully remove the ring; if necessary, I run a sharp knife along the edge - it happens that the dough sticks a little to the ring.

  10. I turn the pancake over to the other side and continue to fry in the same mode until golden brown.
