Preparation:

  1. Let's decorate the eggs in the shape of mushrooms; this appetizer looks very beautiful on lettuce leaves. Eggs must first be boiled. We cut off the upper sharp part of the egg (white) with a knife, these will be the caps. They need to be painted brown. To do this, boil water, brew strong black and cook the caps in it for 5 minutes. The whites will not cook and will turn brown. Preparation:

  1. Any red fish will be suitable for filling these tartlets for the holiday. This applies to both the type and method of preparation. With smoked fish it will be more piquant, and with lightly salted fish it will be more tender. Remove bones and skin (if any). Slice small cube. Place the slices in a deep bowl in which it will be convenient to mix.
  2. If the cucumber peel is rough, it is better to cut it off. Remove the ends too and chop the cucumber, like the fish.-
  3. Hard-boil the eggs and cool completely. Peel and cut. In order for the yolk to turn out as desired, cook from the moment of boiling for at least 7, but no more than 10 minutes. Ready eggs remove from boiling water and transfer to ice or very hot cold water. When they have cooled, remove the shells. Cut into cubes and add to other filling ingredients for festive crispy tartlets.
  4. Add cream cheese. You don't have to buy ricotta or other expensive Italian product. I used Almette cheese with forest mushrooms, it turned out very tasty. But it’s still better to use cheese without additives if you’re not sure that the products will go well together. Instead of cheese, you can use mayonnaise, sour cream or thick natural yogurt.-
  5. Mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if necessary.
  6. Place the red fish filling into the tartlets and serve on the festive table immediately, before the delicate crispy dough gets soggy. You can paint it with “roses” of red fish and a leaf of greenery.

  6. After three days, check the workpieces. They should become dry, but at the same time not completely hard;
  7. The meat can be served with a little lemon juice and garnished with herbs and Parmesan.

  5. Place all the ingredients for the filling in one plate and pour in the mayonnaise. Using a fork, mix the filling well.
  6. Remove the crab sticks from the packaging and defrost well. Then press down first one side, then the other, with your fingers to see their layered structure. Find the last fold on the outside of the stick, from which you begin to carefully unfold it so as not to tear it anywhere.
  7. Apply the filling to the stick in an even thin layer. Wrap up crab stick in the opposite direction. Before serving, cut the stick into small pieces, which are beautifully placed on a plate and decorated with greens.
