  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise (or sour cream)
  • 8 slices of white bread

Cooking:

Cheese grate or cut into thin slices. Boil the shrimp if they are raw, or simply defrost if they are already boiled. Cut the tomato into very thin slices. Finely chop the garlic, mix it with mayonnaise. Spread each piece of bread with mayonnaise, put shrimp and tomato slices on top.
Place cheese slices on top. Place under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.

Sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 burger buns
  • 250 g champignons
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Cooking:

Mushrooms cut into thin slices. Onions - thin half rings. Sauté the onion in butter until tender. Add chopped mushrooms and fry for a few more minutes, uncovered, over a steady fire. Add garlic and cumin. Mix well. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Prepare burger buns - put the mushroom mixture on one half. Sprinkle with cheese and place under the grill for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Take out and cover with the other half.
You can also do it in a skillet. Also put the mushrooms on one of the halves, cover with the second half. Place the sandwiches in a dry frying pan, cover with a lid and fry for a few minutes over low heat until the cheese inside is melted.

Sandwiches with egg and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of white bread (Ciabatta is better)
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper

Cooking:

Prepare croutons. To do this, spread the bread on both sides with butter. The butter should be at room temperature so that it can be spread thinner and more evenly. Put the slices of bread in the pan and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile boil the eggs. Crumble them with a fork. Grate the cheese, squeeze the garlic. Mix eggs with cheese, garlic. Salt, season with pepper. Fill with mayonnaise. Spread egg-cheese mixture on bread, sprinkle with fresh parsley on top.
