From childhood. I cook it very often. For almost any holiday. He looks very solemn. This is such a delicious salad that when you put it on the table, literally within 20 minutes there is nothing left of it. Your guests and family will not remain indifferent to this dish, and will ask you to cook it again and again.

To prepare an airy salad we will need:

  • Chicken breast 2 pcs.;
  • jar 0.5 l.;
  • Onions 1-2 pcs.;
  • Potatoes 2-3 pcs.;
  • Carrots 2 pcs.;
  • Cheese 250-300 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise

Let's start preparing our airy salad:

  1. Boil chicken breasts with salt to make them tastier.
  2. The onion needs to be cut into cubes very finely.
  3. Place the onion in a bowl and fill it halfway with water, add vinegar there (approximately 20-30 ml + 1 tsp sugar).
  4. Mix.
  5. And leave the onions to marinate.
  6. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
  7. We also cut the mushrooms into cubes.
  8. Let's assemble our salad.
  9. Place the first layer of chicken breast
  10. Distribute evenly over the dish.
  11. Pour mayonnaise on top.
  12. It is more convenient to distribute mayonnaise with a knife.
  13. Place chopped mushrooms on top of the chicken breast.
  14. Drain the liquid from our onions and add it on top of the mushrooms.
  15. Grate the potatoes on top of our onion using a coarse grater.
  16. Coat with mayonnaise in a thin layer.
  17. Grate the carrots onto the potatoes using a coarse grater.
  18. Spread mayonnaise on top.
  19. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place it on the carrots.
  20. We put our salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that it is soaked. We cover our salad with cling film so that it does not dry out.
  21. For decoration, you can use whatever you want. I use small tomatoes.
  22. Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts and place on top of the cheese.
  23. We take whole mushrooms and also decorate on top. Making a mushroom clearing.
  24. You can add any greens. Parsley, dill to your taste.

You will need:

  • 300 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250 g hard cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g mayonnaise

  1. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil.
  2. Chop the washed mushrooms and add them to the onion in the frying pan.
  3. Fry them until cooked, salt and cool.
  4. Finely chop the meat.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  6. Grate the cheese.
  7. Place about two-thirds of the meat in a ring placed on a plate as the first layer, compact it well, and grease it with mayonnaise.
  8. Place mushrooms on top, also greased with mayonnaise.
  9. Place tomato slices and grease.
  10. Distribute the remaining chicken.
  11. Add grated cheese and add a little mayonnaise.
  12. Place the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Layered salad tenderness with fried mushrooms, chicken, cheese and egg

Among the festive dishes is an airy cake. Some will say that the time for sweets has not yet come. But this cake is just right here.   9. Spread some prunes and cover with dressing.
  10. Place the mushrooms and onions in the same way.
  11. Place eggs on top and brush.
  12. Place the cucumbers on top, after squeezing them lightly, add salt.
  13. Carefully remove the ring, the salad is ready to serve.

Birch with prunes, mushrooms and chicken

At first glance, it may seem like a lot of ingredients are required. In fact, they are all very affordable, and the salad is prepared very quickly. But guests will be delighted with a dish of amazing beauty and taste with a light aroma of prunes, with a unique taste of nuts, decorated with bright herbs like summer.

You will need:

  • 200 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 50 g prunes
  • 200 g champignons
  • 1 onion
  • 80 grams of hard cheese
  • 40 g walnuts

Salad with chicken and walnuts

A completely simple salad can be created in a few minutes, but it still turns out very tasty. The illuminating sourness of the apple gives it a special piquancy. Thanks to it, the taste of chicken takes on a completely different shade. This dish is suitable for a family dinner or a holiday table.

You will need:

  • 120 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 80 grams of hard cheese
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 150 g mayonnaise

How we will cook:

  1. Finely chop the onion, put it in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. We disassemble the curtain into fibers and add some salt.
  3. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
  4. Grate the egg whites and yolks separately.
  5. Three cheeses on a grater.
  6. Place the whites on a plate, add salt, and cover with a mayonnaise mesh.

Smoked chicken salad recipe

The salad is, as they say, smoky. The aroma of smoked meats always brings back memories of summer picnics around the fire. And in this salad, all the ingredients, combined with smoked chicken, create an incredible range of flavors, leaving no one indifferent. Most likely, the salad bowl will be empty in a few minutes.

You will need:

  • 200 g smoked chicken
  • 1 processed cheese
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 1 onion or bunch of green onions
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • mayonnaise, sour cream
  • 1 glass of hot water

  1. Cut the onion into cubes, put it in a bowl, add sugar, add vinegar, pour boiling water, stir, set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  3. Place the meat in the established ring.
  4. Drain the marinade from the onions, squeeze lightly, place on the meat, cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise, add a little sour cream.
  5. Grate the potatoes, place them, make a mayonnaise mesh, add a spoonful of sour cream.
  6. Knead the yolks with a fork, make the next layer without greasing.
  7. Grate the carrots, sprinkle on top, add mayonnaise.
  8. Cover everything with grated processed cheese and grease.
  9. Grate the protein on a coarse grater and cover the entire surface.

Chicken and corn salad “Amber Ring”

Bright corn kernels against a background of delicate lace mesh. This is what this holiday salad looks like. It will definitely take pride of place among the many delicious dishes. To appreciate it, it must be prepared.

You will need:

  • 170 g boiled potatoes
  • 170 g boiled chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 150 g pickled cucumbers
  • half a can of corn
  • 120 g boiled carrots
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 1 cup boiling water

  1. Pour boiling water over finely chopped onion and leave for a few minutes.
  2. Grate eggs and carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Potatoes, three pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater.
  4. We disassemble the meat into fibers.
  5. Place a layer of potatoes on a plate, add salt, place the onion on top, after squeezing it out, apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
  6. We make a layer of cucumbers with a mayonnaise mesh.
  7. We lay out the meat, salting it in advance, and put mayonnaise on it.
  8. We distribute the corn with a fine mesh, leaving a little for decoration.

This dish contains some products that just can’t be “friends” with chicken. But still they combine in the most wonderful way. The result is stunning. Let's prepare this salad, try it, and then judge whether it's true or not.

You will need:

  • 1 pear
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 200 g Chinese cabbage
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard with grains
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt pepper
  • sesame seeds
  • vegetable oil for frying
  1. Cut the chicken fillet into several pieces, place in a frying pan with oil, salt, and fry until golden brown.
  2. Cut the cabbage into rings, tear them apart and place them in a salad bowl.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the cabbage.
  4. Cut the pear into thin slices and place in a salad bowl.
  5. Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and add to the salad.
  6. We also send the nut crumbs there.
  7. Add honey, mustard, salt to taste.
  8. Place the fried, cooled meat into the salad, mix everything carefully, and season with olive oil.
  9. Place nicely on a plate and serve...

The holiday is just around the corner, so it's time, it's time to think about... One of my favorite recipes is the “Air” salad. Although it may seem too simple to some, I assure you that it will definitely not disappoint you in taste. And due to the fact that it is made in layers, the salad looks very elegant and solemn. And this is exactly what is needed for the New Year’s menu, isn’t it? In addition, it can be served in portions, and such recipes always look more advantageous than salads served in a common plate. Just take care of the dishes for it in advance (preferably glass, so that the layers are visible), and you will have a magnificent New Year’s salad that all guests will definitely enjoy.

Ingredients:
For 1 serving:

- 100 chicken fillets;
- 30 g hard cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise;
- half a small onion;
- greens for decoration.

How to cook with photos step by step




Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly. Then boil in salted water for 25 minutes: the breasts cook quickly enough, this time will be quite enough. Cool the breast to room temperature. And then cut the boiled fillet into small cubes, with a side of about 0.5-0.7 cm.





Peel the onion and cut it into cubes again.





Boil eggs hard. It's very simple - just put them in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then the yolk will become hard. Cool the eggs too, then peel and grate them on a medium grater.







According to the recipe, we also grate the cheese for our New Year's salad on a medium grater.





We choose a container for the salad and begin to layer the ingredients. The first layer is chicken fillet.





Then place the onions.







And lightly grease with mayonnaise.





This is followed by the egg layer.





And again - mayonnaise.





And now it's time for grated cheese.







The final touch is to decorate the salad with herbs.

Tips and tricks:
Sometimes chicken breasts sold in stores have a small amount of fat on them. For this recipe we only need meat, so this fat must be carefully trimmed. We do the same with films - if there are any on those breasts that you bought for preparing the New Year's salad "Air", do not forget to remove them too.
After you've boiled the chicken, you'll be left with broth. We won’t need it for the salad, but you can easily use it to prepare other dishes: for example, many sauces are based on chicken broth.
Many people cry when they peel and cut onions. This can be easily avoided if you chew gum while processing the onions: such a simple method will certainly save you from unnecessary tears.




I recommend using homemade eggs, that is, those with an orange, bright yolk: dishes with them look much more appetizing. And store-bought eggs, as a rule, have yolks that are too pale yellow.
I advise you to make mayonnaise yourself rather than buy it in a store. Firstly, it turns out much tastier, and secondly, it’s healthier - because you know exactly what is included in the sauce you prepared yourself. And you don’t have to be afraid that you won’t be able to do it - it’s done very simply, quickly and does not require special skills.
As for cheese, any hard cheese whose taste you like will do. Sometimes I make this salad with processed cheese - it also turns out very tasty. The main rule is that the cheese in both cases must be of good quality.
Please note that the layers in the salad do not need to be flattened - the salad is called “Airy” because it is easily mixed due to the fact that the ingredients are not compacted, but are quietly arranged. This rule especially applies to the cheese layer, the very last one.




This New Year's salad recipe is good because the ingredients for it can be prepared in advance: prepare the onions, boil and chop the fillet, do the same with the egg... You can even grate the cheese the day before, but in this case, be sure to pack it well so that it does not dry out. Then, before serving the salad, all you have to do is “assemble” the salad, and this is very simple and quick. That is why it is great for the New Year's table: you will still have time to take care of the rest of the dishes that require attention immediately before the feast, set the table, and get yourself in order.

Step 1. Cut the ingredients.

First, we must peel the onions, eggs (already ready) and wash the apples. Afterwards, take a cutting board and cut the onion into thin rings. Cut the apples in half and remove the cores, and then grate the pulp on a coarse grater. You also need to grate cheese and boiled eggs on a coarse grater. The ingredients should not be mixed. Place them in different containers.

Step 2: Layer the salad.


After we've washed and chopped all the ingredients, it's time to start assembling our salad. First of all, place thinly sliced ​​onion on the bottom of the salad bowl. Generously coat the first layer of salad with mayonnaise. Afterwards, lay out a new layer - grated apples and grease it again with mayonnaise. The next layer is grated eggs. Lubricate the resulting layer with mayonnaise. Our salad is almost ready. All that remains is to sprinkle it generously with grated cheese.

Step 3: Serve the Air salad.


The salad is best served chilled. To do this, you can leave the salad to “soak” for an hour or two in the refrigerator. To make the salad look more impressive, garnish it with grated yolk, mayonnaise and crisp lettuce leaves. Bon appetit!

If you don’t like the bitterness of onions, scald them with boiling water, and only then put them in the salad.

If you decide to prepare the “Air” salad for the holiday table, it is best to prepare it in the evening and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

If you want to prepare a more dietary version of the salad, use less mayonnaise to lubricate the layers.
