3. Lift the film on both sides and form a roll. Wrap the roll in foil and put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Chef's tip. Instead of boiling turkey fillet, you can fry it. In this case, it is better to pre-marinate the turkey in a mixture of olive oil and spices.

250 g turkey fillet

100 g bacon

2 tomatoes

1 pod hot pepper

1 small bunch of lettuce

1 tbsp. l. almond flakes

10 g ginger root

1 tbsp. l. soy sauce

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Sugar, pepper mixture to taste

1 pinch garlic salt

Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and boil in a small amount of salted water until tender.

New Year's salads are an integral part of the festive table on December 31st. On this day, it is important not only to prepare delicious dishes, but also to decorate and serve them beautifully. Basically, the preparation takes quite a long time, so it is desirable that the recipes are simple and do not have to spend a lot of time.

Cheese, fruit and egg salad

Required ingredients:

  • 2 medium oranges
  • 2 sweet apples
  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g hard cheese (without various additives)
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • dill and cranberries for decoration

How to cook?

Hard-boil the eggs, cool, remove the shell, and cut into small squares.

Wash the apples, remove the seed box. Grate the fruit on a medium grater.

Cut the oranges into 2 equal parts. Carefully remove the pulp, peel off the white films, and remove the seeds. Cut the orange slices into equal small pieces.

Mix apples, onions, citruses and eggs. Finish cooking by adding salt and yogurt. Mix everything carefully.

Fill orange peel cups with salad. Sprinkle with cheese. Decorate a delicious New Year's salad with berries and a couple of sprigs of fresh parsley.

Chicken fillet salad with grapes and cheese

When choosing recipes for New Year's salads, of course, you want the dishes to be festive, tasty, unusual and at the same time not take long to prepare. Salad with grapes and chicken is exactly that.

Products for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g white grapes, seedless
  • 250 g Camembert cheese (can be replaced with other soft cheese)

For the sauce:

  • 150 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard
  • a pinch of salt and pepper

Boil chicken fillet in lightly salted water. Cut the chicken into 1cm cubes.

Cut the Camembert into the same cubes.

Wash the grapes. You can leave the berries whole, or cut them in half. Mix with chicken and cheese.

For the sauce, mix the ingredients indicated in the recipe. Season the New Year's salad. When serving, garnish the dish with whole grapes.

Salad with crab sticks, peas and shrimp

Every housewife tries to prepare salads for the New Year's table that will please everyone, or at least the majority. For seafood lovers, we suggest preparing a salad with shrimp and crab sticks according to the recipe below.

Amount of ingredients needed for 4 servings of salad:

  • 250 g peeled boiled-frozen shrimp
  • 100 g crab sticks
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g canned peas
  • 200 g canned corn
  • 150 g mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
  • greens (needed for decoration)
  • 2 pinches of salt

Boil water in a small saucepan, add shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes. Drain the liquid and let the seafood cool.

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Once cooled, cut into small cubes.

Cut the crab sticks into strips 7-10 mm long.

Drain cans of peas and corn.

Combine all the ingredients of the New Year's salad in a deep container, season to taste and season with mayonnaise.

When you serve a delicious salad to the New Year's table, complement the dish with green leaves.

Layered salad with chicken liver and rice

Even from a fairly simple set of products you can prepare an appetizing and tasty New Year's salad. The recipe for layered salad with rice and chicken liver is proof of this.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g raw chicken liver
  • 150 g white rice
  • 4 boiled chicken eggs
  • 100 g onion
  • 150 g carrots
  • 3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
  • 200 g mayonnaise (any fat content)
  • 3-4 stalks of green onions

Preparation

Wash the chicken liver and pat dry with a napkin. Fry in vegetable oil for 20 minutes on all sides. Cool the offal and grate it.

Cook the rice, washed several times, until tender.

Finely chop the peeled onion. Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes. Then add the grated carrots, add salt and fry for another 3-5 minutes until the carrots are soft.

Peel the eggs, separate the yolks and whites, grate them on a medium grater into different dishes.

Layer the salad in layers: rice, onions and carrots, egg whites, chicken liver. Lubricate each layer with mayonnaise. At the end, evenly sprinkle the salad on the New Year's table with grated yolks and chopped green onions.

Salad with herring and potatoes

A delicious salad for the New Year 2016 can be prepared even from everyday products. The main thing is to find the right recipe. Thanks to the spicy dressing and beautiful presentation, you can get an appetizing holiday dish.

To prepare you will need:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 200 g herring fillet
  • 150 g red onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 4-5 sprigs of dill

Refueling:

  • 120 g full-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp. ground pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • fresh dill for decoration

Boil chicken eggs hard. Once cooled, cut into small cubes.

Wash the potatoes without peeling them and cook until ready. Cool the root vegetable, peel the skin, and cut into cubes.

Finely chop the red onion and greens.

Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.

Combine all the products indicated in the recipe, season with Dijon mustard and mayonnaise sauce. Decorate the salad beautifully with dill and serve on the New Year's table.

Salad with chicken fillet and grapefruit

It’s better if the salads for the New Year’s table are easy to prepare, tasty and varied. The recipe for New Year's salad with chicken and grapefruit is simple, but at the same time fresh, new and unusual.

Required ingredients:

  • 400 g chicken (fillet)
  • 1 small head of Chinese cabbage
  • 1 grapefruit
  • yogurt without additives
  • pepper

Cook the chicken meat for 20-25 minutes after boiling, during which time it should be ready. Cool, cut into cubes not very finely.

Wash the cabbage, pat dry with a napkin and chop finely.

Peel the grapefruit, divide it into slices and remove all white films. Divide into small pieces.

Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Just before serving, season the salad with salt, pepper, and yogurt.

Herring salad with beets and carrots

This New Year's salad 2016 is reminiscent of fish under a fur coat, but the recipe has a simpler preparation method and fewer ingredients. However, the salad has a pleasant taste and is perfect for a snack.

Product set:

  • 250 g beets
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g lightly salted herring fillet
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g mayonnaise

Place the vegetables in water, put on the fire, and cook until tender. Remove the skin and grate on a coarse or medium grater into different bowls.

Cool the hard-boiled eggs, remove the shells, grate on a medium grater, without separating the yolks from the whites.

Cut the herring fillet into medium cubes and place in an even layer on the bottom of the bowls. Next, according to the recipe, lay out layers of eggs and carrots, which you lightly salt. On each layer, “draw” a mayonnaise mesh. The final layer is beets. There is no need to lubricate it. Sprinkle a delicious New Year's salad with grated egg and, if desired, herbs.

Salad with chicken, fresh cucumbers and corn

New Year's salad according to this recipe looks bright, tasty, fresh and appetizing on the festive table. Every housewife will love this salad for its ease of preparation.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 450 g chicken fillet
  • 250 g fresh cucumbers
  • 1 can canned corn
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 150 g mayonnaise or sour cream for dressing
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • salt to your taste

Wash the chicken fillet, put it in water, and boil until tender. When cool, cut into small cubes.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Peel the eggs. Cut into cubes finely.

Drain the can of corn. Mix all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, add salt, add sour cream and mix gently.

When serving on the New Year's table, complement the dish with a sprig of fresh parsley.

Light salad for the New Year with oranges and crab sticks

Ingredients needed for 4 servings:

  • 200 g crab sticks
  • 1 small orange
  • ½ can canned corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g tartar sauce or mayonnaise
  • a pinch of salt
  • several leaves of green lettuce

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Cool, peel them and cut into small cubes.

Peel the oranges and remove the white membranes. Cut each slice into 3-4 pieces.

Thaw crab sticks if necessary. Cut crosswise into pieces about 5 mm long.

Combine all ingredients, add a little salt and season with sauce.

Serve the dish on the New Year's table on green salad leaves.

New Year's salad with pickled champignons and corn

According to this recipe, a salad for the New Year's table can be prepared in just 10-15 minutes.

For 4-5 servings you will need:

  • 400 g small canned mushrooms
  • 150 g delicious hard cheese
  • 1 standard can of corn
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • half a bunch of dill
  • mayonnaise

Chop the onion finely. Fry in olive oil in a frying pan until golden brown.

Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. Chop the dill finely.

Drain liquid from corn and mushrooms. Mix mushrooms, cheese, corn, onions and herbs, add mayonnaise and salt, mix.

How to do without your favorite Olivier salad - this is the dish that is prepared in every home. And even if each housewife has her own original recipe, it’s still worth remembering what is needed for this salad (you can change the ingredients a little, for example, instead of chicken, put a couple of different types of sausage and ham, do not put carrots, or replace lightly salted cucumbers with pickled ones , add boiled meat - this is where your imagination can work in full force).

You can prepare a sumptuous treat so quickly that any housewife will happily choose these snacks. You know how to prepare salads from a wide variety of products, buy a couple of dozen sheets of ready-made pita bread, cut it into four parts so that you have 40 cones at once, roll the bags, fill them with salads, decorate with herbs and slices of cucumbers - the decoration for the 2016 New Year's table of the monkey is ready!

You will need:

  • grated cheese - 200 g
  • mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • garlic - 1 clove

Preparation

Mix everything thoroughly; as an additional taste, you can add thinly sliced ​​ham and thin strips of cucumbers to the salad.

  • boiled rice - 100 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley and dill
  • mayonnaise - 50 gr
  • for those who prefer: 100 grams of pickled mushrooms and 100 grams of processed cheese

Preparation

Finely chop all ingredients and mix. You can also make a bag of pita bread and fill it with salad.

A very tasty and satisfying salad, everyone loves smoked meats, and you can use fresh mushrooms as an addition to the salad (champignons are always on sale).

You will need:

  • fresh mushrooms - 200 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • smoked chicken – 100 gr
  • hard cheese - 100 gr
  • lettuce leaves

Preparation

Finely chop everything, grate the cheese, mix and let it brew. Place on lettuce leaves. You can also serve it as an appetizer in lavash: put a leaf of green lettuce, chicken salad in a bag of lavash and garnish with a leaf of parsley or dill.

Hot appetizers

You will need:

  • zucchini - 3 pieces
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • greenery
  • frying oil

Preparation

Cut the zucchini into slices no more than 1 cm thick, fry both sides and place on a plate, put a little crushed garlic on the fried zucchini and cover with a slice of tomato on top, add salt and garnish with dill and parsley.

I really want there to be a lot of delicious sandwiches on the New Year’s table; they are filling, look beautiful, and even when cooled down are also very pleasant. Although today almost every home has a microwave oven, so heating them up will not be difficult for you.

We can say with confidence that everyone loves eggplants, but not every housewife uses them for sandwiches.

You will need:

  • eggplants - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • loaf - 1 baguette
  • mayonnaise - 100 grams
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • vegetable oil

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add mayonnaise, raw egg and mix. Place a strip of ham on a slice of bread at least 2 cm thick, top with a slice of tomato, and spread with cheese mixture. Fry first on the side where you have spread the cheese mixture - the main thing is to bring it to readiness; if you turn the sandwich over too early, all the beauty and tasty mass may simply “float away”. And now the most important thing - hot dishes

No matter how chic and satisfying the snacks are, no one will refuse hot dishes at the New Year's table. The 2016 New Year's menu must include several types of hot dishes. Some people prefer fish, we can say for sure that everyone loves chicken, and this year we are offering lamb with bananas as an extravagant dish: as if saying goodbye to the Year of the Ram, we will simply eat it, and since the Fire Monkey is waiting for us, then let the meat and banana on the table blaze - turn off the light and watch how beautifully the fire burns on a plate with amazingly delicious food.

For this you will need two fish. You only need to remove the gills and entrails, let everything that is steel remain - the whole fish looks very beautiful. If you have many guests, then you can buy more trout; two fish of 500 g each is enough for only four people. It only takes 20 minutes to prepare, so this is the last dish to prepare.

Place the fish on a baking sheet, put a couple of sprigs of tarragon into each carcass and add salt. Grease a baking tray with a little sunflower or olive oil and place in the refrigerator. 20 minutes before serving, place the baking sheet in the oven - that’s all the work, and the fish is saturated with the aroma of greenery and turns out simply incredibly tasty.

Sometimes fans also call this dish “chicken in compote,” although the magnificent taste that lean chicken meat gets from dried apricots, prunes, and raisins cannot be compared with anything else. This is an exquisite dish for real gourmets, best served with rice.

You will need:

  • chicken - 1 kg or one leg for each guest
  • dried apricots, raisins, prunes - 100 g each
  • salt, pepper, bay leaf

Preparation

Place chicken pieces on a baking sheet, pour water up to half of the meat, add all the dried fruits evenly so that they are spread over the entire area of ​​the baking sheet, put a couple of bay leaves, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place in the oven. It will take 1 hour and 20 minutes to prepare the dish; after the water boils, you need to pour the broth over the chicken several times to form a crispy crust. Just during this time you will have time to prepare rice for a side dish. The chicken should be served hot.

And as the central dish of the New Year's feast - lamb with banana

You will need:

  • lamb - 1 kg
  • bananas
  • Reviver

Preparation

Cut the lamb into portions of 100-150 g, fry thin slices of meat in a very hot frying pan in oil. Be careful, overcooked lamb loses its flavor and becomes simply tough and tasteless. Fry the bananas in a separate pan. Cut unripe bananas in half lengthwise and fry on both sides. Place the meat on a plate and garnish with fried bananas. Prepare 100 g of medical alcohol or any other strong drink (Calvados, whiskey, cognac - these liquids need to be heated before lighting).

As soon as the hot dish is brought into the living room, turn off the light, pour alcohol over your delicacy and set it on fire. We promise the most amazing effect - a flaming dish with aromatic lamb will delight your guests.

Sweet dishes for well-fed guests

After such a luxurious feast, no one will be able to think about cake or pastries, but a couple of hours before the New Year, maybe it’s worth serving the guests a bowl, let the satiated stomach calm down a little, especially since the bowl perfectly helps digestion.

You will need:

  • 1 can of canned pineapple
  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • 1 bottle of champagne

Preparation

Finely chop the pineapples and place them in a beautiful crystal or glass bowl - a deep vase or a jug with a wide neck. Pour dry wine and let it brew (preferably in the refrigerator). Before serving, pour in a bottle of sweet champagne and immediately pour into glasses using a ladle. Give each guest a teaspoon to make it easier to catch pieces of pineapple.

And still a little dessert

Now it's time for something sweet. Each housewife saves her signature baking recipe for the New Year, but if you decide to make do with only sweet dishes this time, we suggest you make a dessert with canned fruits, nuts, rice and chocolate. In addition to all of the above, you will also need whipped cream.

All you have in the house for sweets is two marshmallows, a couple of marmalades, two or three chocolates, a piece of pineapple, a banana, two tablespoons of rice, some nuts (it seems that there is very little of everything, but as a result you will get a pretty good portion for each guest) place in a bowl and stir. Add whipped cream, you can use ready-made ones from cans, but still, homemade ones made from 35% liquid cream are much tastier. To really turn the cream into an exquisite dessert, you need to whip it cold and add one tablespoon of cognac.

Gently mix the whipped cream with the prepared mixture and place in the refrigerator. As a gravy for this magnificent dessert, you can use ready-made thick juices or cook light jelly - to your taste, but it’s still better if the jelly is made from sour berries, because the dessert itself is very sweet.

Dessert for a sweet tooth made from cottage cheese and bananas

Is it possible to imagine a dessert without bananas - the favorite delicacy of Monkeys? In combination with cottage cheese, chocolate and nuts, the result is simply a delicious dish; not a single guest will refuse such a dessert.

You will spend a whole 40 minutes preparing this dessert, but don’t waste your time - the taste is so delicate that all your guests will be delighted. For dessert you will need:

  • bananas 2 pieces
  • cottage cheese 350 gr
  • sour cream 50 gr
  • butter 100 gr
  • milk 2 tablespoons
  • sugar 100 gr
  • vanilla sugar half a teaspoon
  • dark chocolate 100 gr
  • walnuts (can be replaced with peanuts, seeds, cashews)

Place all products except chocolate, milk and bananas in a blender and bring until smooth. Cut the peeled bananas in half, place them on a board, and top with the prepared mass; you can give the dessert the shape of a pyramid or a slide. Dissolve chocolate in hot milk and pour over dessert. You can decorate the top with whole or crushed nuts - at the request of the hostess. New Year's sweet dish is ready!

Banana cake or baked goods

You will need:

  • gingerbread - 1 kg
  • sour cream
  • bananas

Preparation

Cut the gingerbread cookies in half, place in a deep bowl, use banana pieces as a layer. This way you can stack several layers. If you are preparing a tall cake, then every two or three layers you should grease the layers with sour cream. Now close it with a lid or film and put it in the refrigerator for a day, just in time for the change of years, when the champagne corks fly off, your cake will decorate the New Year's table - you need to carefully turn it over onto a dish and decorate it with marzipan or mastic.

A hot drink for a cold evening at the Christmas tree

When choosing from all the drinks that will warm you up on a winter evening, pay attention to mulled wine, Moroccan tea or ginger tea - the drinks are prepared quickly, you will love it. Red wine with cinnamon suits the aroma of pine so well - minutes will fly by like seconds while you drink hot wine and wait for the chimes to strike.

For mulled wine you need red wine (one liter is enough for a small company), cinnamon, lemon, orange, a couple of grapes and honey. You need to warm the wine with honey and spices, prepare glasses in which to put lemon and orange slices, pour hot wine, let it brew for a little while and serve.

There is no need to boil the wine - the aroma evaporates and the wine becomes less tasty. The main thing is that the honey dissolves in the drink.

For Moroccan tea All you need is a glass of ready-made green tea; the same aromatic cinnamon, cloves, a couple of mint leaves and citrus fruits - lemon, orange, lime - are added to the drink. For this drink, you also need to prepare sugar syrup - the preparation begins with it. In order for the mint to give out its aroma as much as possible, remember it a little in your fingers or squeeze it in the palm of your hand, then rub the inside of the glass with the leaf that gives out the aroma, put it on the bottom with pieces of citrus fruit, now pour the hot tea leaves over the sugar syrup and serve - the aroma of the drink will not leave you indifferent not a single guest.

This is the drink that will complete the journey after a hearty feast. After you've tasted everything your hostess has prepared for the New Year, Moroccan tea is the perfect finishing touch.

IN ginger tea There is fresh ginger, try not to overdo it - the taste is specific. Spices - cinnamon and cloves, honey is desirable - it goes well with the taste of ginger. You can also add a slice of lemon - you get a divine hot drink for a cold winter evening by the fireplace. Preparation is the same as Moroccan tea, quick and tasty. Small canapés with red fish

Even a not very skilled housewife can prepare canapés. You need very few ingredients for the snack, about fifteen minutes of preparation time, the result will exceed all your expectations. And how beautiful they look against the background of a green Christmas tree - the grains of red caviar even shine differently, the needles are reflected in them, as in a mirror.

You will need:

  • rye bread - 6 slices
  • butter - 300 gr
  • lemon zest - 1 lemon
  • smoked salmon - 220 gr
  • red caviar – 50 g
  • chives - 50 g
  • fine salt
  • ground black pepper

Mix butter with lemon juice, finely chopped onion, pepper and salt, add finely grated lemon zest to the butter - the taste will intensify several times.

Pieces of rye bread can be cut rectangular or using cutters in the form of crescents and stars. Each piece is greased with oil, on which a piece of salmon is placed. There should be enough layers so that the canapé can easily fall into your mouth - don’t overdo it with height! A little red caviar is placed on the top layer - a magical appetizer for a pleasant New Year's evening is ready!
