It’s very easy to prepare cutlets in waffle crusts, the main thing is to choose the right meat. Since chicken fillet cooks very quickly, we will use it, but you can also use beef. Pork does not work well in this case, it will take longer to cook and the egg will burn. Or you need to cook it over very low heat and longer than with chicken.

To prepare cutlets in wafer cake batter, take the ingredients from the list.

Finely chop the onion and parsley, salt and pepper the minced meat.

Mix the mince well and let it sit for a while to allow the flavors to mingle.

Beat the eggs until smooth.

Place 1 tablespoon of minced meat on the waffle cake (take portioned ones, you won’t need to cut them), cover with the second cake on top. Roll in beaten eggs.
