  3. Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Dough. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and lay out the risen dough, knead it lightly. Roll it into a sausage and divide it into several parts. Roll each piece into a ball, place it on a board, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
  5. Roll each piece into a small flat cake.
  6. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet, coat it with oil and lay out the prepared cakes.
  7. Lightly beat the remaining yolk and brush the edges of the dough with it. Coat the middle with the resulting sauce, put sausage in the center, greens and cheese on top.

On the eve of Knowledge Day on September 1, I remembered something about a pastry from school canteens called “School Pizza.” The composition and method of its preparation were regulated by the general food recipe or technological map No. 568. It prescribed first baking a semi-finished product from yeast dough, and then, after placing a simple filling on it, baking the product until cooked.
