Original salad with shrimp and radish

Ingredients:

  • shrimp – 150 g
  • tangerines – 4-5 pcs.
  • green radish – 1 pc.
  • lemon – ? PC.
  • apple – 1 pc.
  • vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • greens – 100 g

Boil the shrimp with a spoonful of vinegar. Divide half the tangerine into slices and cut. Add apple slices and chopped radish. Dress the salad with sauce: mix tangerine and lemon juice, add mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with herbs and lemon slices.

Nut salad with radish

Ingredients:

  • radish – 2 pcs.
  • pistachios - 100 g
  • almonds – 100 g
  • sour cream – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • salt - a pinch

Chop the radish into small strips and add a little salt. We crush the nuts or pass them through a meat grinder, mix everything with sour cream.

  • radish – 1 pc.
  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • parsley – 30 g
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • seasoning for meat – 1 teaspoon
  • salt - to taste

Exotic radish salad with kiwi

Ingredients:

  • kiwi – 2 pcs.
  • green radish – 1 pc.
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • green onion – 1 bunch
  • dill – 1 bunch
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon

Marinate onions, cut into thin half rings, in vinegar. Meanwhile, peel all the vegetables. Grate the radishes and carrots, cut the pepper into strips. Chop the dill. Cut the kiwi into thin slices. Leave half the kiwi for decoration. Mix everything with vegetable oil and decorate with kiwi.

Unusual salad with herring

Ingredients:

  • herring in oil – 100 g
  • sweet onion – 1 pc.
  • cherry tomatoes – 100g
  • green radish – 1 pc.
  • lettuce leaves – ? beam
  • Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon

We cut the cherry tomatoes in half, the onion into quarter rings. Salad leaves we don’t cut, but tear with our hands, that’s enough in large pieces. Three radishes on a grater. We take small transparent bowls and lay out the salad in layers: greens, tomatoes, onions, radishes and herring. We make the dressing from oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

  • smoked mackerel – 200 g
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • bell red pepper – 1 pc.
  • green radish – 1 pc.
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • green salad – 3 pcs.
  • ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • vegetable or olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon

Finely chop the radish, carrots and pepper into strips. We clean the mackerel from the skin and bones, cut into regular in portioned pieces. Finely chop the garlic and add to other products. Mix everything and arrange beautifully on lettuce leaves. Pour the sauce over the salad. To prepare it, you need to mix paprika, lemon juice and olive oil. The fish is quite salty, so salt is not a necessary component.

Salad with salmon and radish

Ingredients:

  • lightly salted salmon – 100 g
  • arugula – 1 bunch
  • green radish – 1 pc.
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • soy sauce– 1 tbsp. spoon

Cut the fish into thin slices; for convenience, you can take ready-made slices. Cut the arugula leaves into several parts, grate the radish. Drizzle with soy sauce and olive oil.

Squid salad with radish

Ingredients:

  • boiled squid – 2 carcasses
  • green radish – 1 pc.
  • canned corn – 1 can
  • sake – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • rice vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon

Slice the squid thin vermicelli. Cut the radish into strips and boil in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Mix corn with squid and radish. To prepare the dressing, mix soy sauce, sake, sugar and vinegar.

Salad with radish and chicken hearts

Ingredients:

  • chicken hearts – 300 g
  • leek – 100 g
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • green radish – 1 pc.
  • green onions - 3-4 feathers
  • lemon – 1 pc.
  • soy sauce – 10 ml
  • olive oil – 10 ml
  • pepper and salt - 1 teaspoon

Fry the hearts in olive oil, adding salt and pepper. Cut radishes and carrots into thin strips. Cut green onions and leeks into rings. Remove the lemon zest from the lemon and roll it into a rose shape. Mix everything and pour soy juice and lemon juice. Decorate the salad with lemon roses.

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken – 200 g
  • pomegranate seeds – 50 g
  • walnuts – 50 g
  • raisins – 50 g
  • radish – 1 pc.

  • olive oil with garlic extract – 40 ml

Finely chop the chicken, add chopped greens, and three radishes. Chop the nuts, add pomegranate seeds and steamed raisins. Drizzle the “Health” salad with olive oil and garlic extract.

Salad with seaweed and radish

Ingredients:

  • seaweed – 150 g
  • pickled asparagus – 100 g
  • green radish – 100 g
  • dill and parsley – 50 g
  • lemon – 3 slices

Selection of radishes for salad
Currently, on the shelves of shops and markets you can find three types of radish - black, green and white. The first is actively used in folk medicine, the other two are in cooking. White radish(or daikon) has more mild taste and not such a strong smell. Black radish is very hot and is not suitable for every salad, but it is the healthiest of all available types.

When choosing a radish, the first thing you should pay attention to is appearance, or rather, color, shape and presence of damage. The surface of root vegetables should be smooth, without cracks. The optimal length is 5-7 cm. At home, you need to evaluate the cut of the radish and its taste. If the vegetable tastes too bitter, it should be doused with boiling water. It is not recommended to purchase radishes that are too large and wrinkled; this is far from the best option for salads and other dishes.

Contraindications
Unfortunately, not everyone can benefit from eating radish salads for health reasons. They are contraindicated for ulcers and gastritis, as well as for diseases of cardio-vascular system, pancreas, liver and kidneys. Radish salads are not recommended for people suffering from gout and pregnant women.
