Coarsely chop the carrots.

Chop the onion into cubes.

Fry the onion until translucent, then add the carrots. Do not skimp on oil, add if necessary. On full frying It should take 5-7 minutes.

  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Throw in finely chopped garlic. Stirring, hold for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Place the remaining vegetables in the pan. On high fire wait until it boils.

  • Onions – 1 kg
  • Carrots – 500 gr
  • Bell pepper – 1 kg
  • Sunflower oil for frying

The blue ones need to be cut into large slices and soaked in salt water for an hour and a half.

Remove seeds from sweet peppers and cut into pieces.

Chop the garlic and hot pepper very finely.

Mix all ingredients in a plate.

Chop the cilantro and add to the mixture. Salt, pepper, add a little oil.
