  2. Then we make a mixture for lubrication. Place mayonnaise in a bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper and chicken seasoning. Also, if desired, you can put nutmeg, dried basil, cumin;
  3. Add chicken meat to this mixture and mix well. The mixture should completely coat each wing;
  4. If you have time, you can leave the meat to marinate in this mixture for an hour and a half;
  5. After this, all the wings need to be transferred to a baking sleeve and tied well;
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place a mold with a sleeve there;
  7. Leave to cook for about 30 minutes;
  8. After half an hour, take it out, the sleeve should be inflated, cut it and open the meat;
  9. Let's bake for another 10 minutes. During this time, the meat will become crispy;
  10. After this, remove the finished dish from the oven and serve it hot. You can additionally serve boiled potatoes, rice or vegetables.
  • Before cooking, the wings must be washed. It is advisable to cut them into two parts, in the future it will be more convenient to eat them;
  • They can be marinated in lemon juice or soy sauce before cooking. The marinade will add juiciness and flavor;

  • Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream. With sour cream the meat will turn out much tastier;

To cook chicken wings in the oven, we will need:

  • Chicken wings - 10 pcs.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon (ready)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Honey - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Herbs and spices (hops-suneli, ground black pepper, turmeric, paprika) - 1 pinch each
  • Ginger - a little
  • Fresh rosemary - 2-3 sprigs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - for greasing the mold (baking tray)

How to cook chicken wings in the oven

  1. I make a sauce for chicken wings to marinate the day before the day of cooking. They have time to marinate and turn out simply wonderful. For the marinade, I mix soy sauce, mustard, honey, garlic pressed through a garlic press, a mixture of herbs and spices and finely chopped ginger. I mix everything until smooth. If you don't like the slightly sweet taste, you can omit the honey. You can also add chili pepper if you want the wings to be spicier.
  2. In public catering, the last two phalanges of wings are usually cut off, leaving the meatiest part, but at home the wings can be cooked as is. The wings must be washed, dried on a paper towel and placed in a cup with a tight lid, in which we will marinate our wings. Now we must salt our wings a little (remember that there is soy sauce in the marinade and do not overdo it with salt), and then we pour the prepared sauce into the cup and mix gently (preferably by hand), rubbing each wing. After this, we put our chicken wings in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours, or better yet overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish or baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the wings so that they do not touch each other and are well browned. We place several sprigs of rosemary between the wings - they will add a special aroma! And put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
