In fact, country-style potatoes cooked in the oven are a delicious dish that even those who are too picky about food will definitely not refuse. After all, the end result is not greasy, since a small amount of oil is used for its preparation. The main thing is to choose the recipe you like, which is right for you, since there are several of them.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • ground turmeric - 1 tsp
  • seasoning for potatoes - 1.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

Since the potatoes according to this recipe are cooked directly in their skins, they must be thoroughly rinsed in water and the eyes cut out. Then cut lengthwise into thin slices, rinse to remove starch and place on a towel to get rid of excess moisture.


It is necessary to salt after cooking, since a lot of moisture is formed during cooking, which we absolutely do not need.


Line a suitable baking sheet with parchment paper and place the potato wedges on it, skin side down. Then, using a pastry brush, grease them with oil and seasoning and place them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.


After the time has passed, check the dish and if it is ready, remove it from the oven, sprinkle with salt to taste and place on a napkin to get rid of excess fat.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 15 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. l
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • spices and dill
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

This recipe requires you to marinate the potatoes first. And to do this, you need to mix vegetable oil, finely chopped dill, spices, garlic and salt in a small container.


Now we peel the potato tubers, use a knife to make small punctures, and if they are large, it is better to cut them in half, then put them in a bowl and fill them with the prepared marinade. Mix thoroughly and set aside to marinate for 20-30 minutes.


Next, we put it in a special baking sleeve, tie it and shake it, then we make small punctures in it to allow air to pass through and put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.


After cooking, remove the finished dish from the sleeve and serve as a side dish.

Delicious potatoes with chicken and mushrooms


Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 600 gr
  • champignons – 300 gr
  • chicken thighs - 2 pcs
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

Wash and peel the potatoes. Then, together with the mushrooms, cut into fairly large slices.


Chop the onion and garlic into medium pieces.


We also chop the chicken thighs not very finely.


Then combine all the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, add pepper, salt, paprika, bay leaf, thyme, vegetable oil and mix everything well so that all components are properly distributed.


We transfer all the contents into a baking sleeve, tie it tightly on both sides, place it on a baking sheet and make small punctures on top to allow excess air to escape during cooking. And put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.


After we take out and open the finished dish, we feel this delicious aroma, where the meat turns out juicy, the potatoes are tender, and simply melts in the mouth. Try it and you won’t regret it!

How to cook potatoes in foil


Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • cheese - 150 gr
  • butter - 30 g
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

For filling:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • crab sticks - 3-4 pcs
  • sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

1. First of all, you need to thoroughly wash three identical potatoes and, without removing the skin, wrap each one individually tightly in foil.


2. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.

3. After the time has passed, remove the baked potatoes from the oven, without removing the foil, make a longitudinal cut and loosen the contents with a spoon, as in the photo.


4. Now add a teaspoon of butter inside, sprinkle with finely grated cheese, salt to taste and mix.


5. Then we prepare the filling and for this you need to finely chop crab sticks and hard-boiled eggs. Add sour cream, mix well and place in potatoes.


Serve to the table while still hot.
