  • Boiled sausage - 250 gr.
  • Cervelat - 250 gr.
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
  • Cheese - 200 gr.

Cooking method:

1. Peel and dice the peppers. Then cut the tomato, pickles and two types of sausages into cubes.

1. First, make the first base. Combine the butter and flour, chop it into small pieces and knead until you have an elastic ball.

2. Now we make the second base. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt and stir.

3. Pour cold water into a glass (you can hold it in the freezer in advance for cooling), break an egg there and stir. Then add one spoonful of vinegar and stir again.

4. Make a well in the flour and add the water and egg in several steps and stir.

5. Start kneading the dough. At first, it is convenient to stir a little with a spatula, then with your hands. While kneading, sprinkle flour on the table and knead it on the table. It should become elastic and not stick to your hands. Both bases should be the same to the touch.

6. Roll out the base with vinegar and place the base of oil in the middle, then wrap it in an envelope. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

7. After 30 minutes, dust the table with flour and lay it seam side down. Roll it out so that the two doughs are evenly distributed. Then place it again with the envelope, seam side down, put in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

8. Then roll it out again, put it in an envelope and again in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. And roll it out one last time and fold it into a roll.

This should be the dough, and now cover it with a towel and put in a warm place for an hour and a half. You can draw warm water into the bathroom, and put a cup of dough into it.

While the dough is coming up, let's cut the food. Usually we carry out the cutting procedure with the whole family, it is quick, and everyone can say that they participated in the preparation of pizza. Let's start with a bow, for example. Cut the onion into half rings.

Cut the tomatoes into rings, if it does not work out, then you can also cut them in half rings. There is no fundamental difference here.
