  • ground coriander - 0.5 tsp;
  • bay leaves - 5 pcs.;
  • ground allspice - season to taste;
  • Italian herbs (you can not add) - to taste.

Cooking:

  • First we process the meat. The neck must be thoroughly rinsed and dried with paper towels.
  • Now you need to cut off all the veins from the meat.

  • Set the meat aside for the time being and in a separate bowl prepare a mixture of spices for rubbing it. To this end, we mix the following ingredients: coriander, salt, pepper and pre-rubbed finely garlic. Add bay leaf (first you need to break it) and mix well.
