Below is the recipe for a juicy, delicious interlayer roll.
You will need a minimum of products, but the result will pleasantly surprise you and will certainly be tested more than once.
Pork belly roll with garlic and spices
Would need:
- pork peritoneum (interlayer) - 300 grams;
- garlic - 6 cloves;
- hops - suneli, black pepper, salt - to taste.
Cooking tapas
Rinse the interlayer under the tap and dry with a towel.
Rub liberally with fine salt on all four sides.
Then grate with crushed garlic, sprinkle with black pepper and hop-suneli seasoning;
Collapse the layer, forming a roll.
With the help of a harsh thread or a tourniquet, secure and wrap the roll.
Place in a baking sleeve.
Refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
