For the test:

  • 200 g premium flour;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tsp store baking powder.

For filling:

  • 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 120 g sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. starch;
  • half a lemon;
  • a packet of vanilla sugar;
  • a jar (500 g) of whole peaches.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Mash it with a fork and sugar, add an egg, stir.
  2. Add flour with baking powder in portions, without ceasing to stir. From the finished dough, mold a ball with your hands.
  3. Cover the round shape with parchment, place the dough and distribute it with your hands, forming high (6–7 cm) sides. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  4. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar to it, including vanilla, sour cream, dry starch, eggs and lemon juice. Whisk until creamy.
  5. Put it in a mold, spread the halves of the peaches on top, pressing them a little into the curd cream.
  6. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and bake the pie for about 1 hour.
  7. Cool, remove for a couple of hours (you can overnight) in the cold.

Pie with cottage cheese in a slow cooker - a step by step recipe with a photo

Making an original curd pie in a slow cooker is not difficult. The main thing is to stock up on food:

  • 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • 2 multi-glasses of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 multi-glasses of quality flour;
  • 2 tbsp raw semolina;
  • some vanilla for flavor;
  • 2 apples or a large handful of berries;
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • 120 g margarine or butter.

Preparation:

  1. For the dough, grind softened butter, 1 multi-cup sugar and all the flour into crumbs with a fork and then with your hands.

2. For the filling, beat eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, semolina, cottage cheese, the rest of the sugar and vanilla to them.

3. Add grated apples or berries, you can add any other fruits you want. Stir vigorously until smooth.

4. Pour half of the crumb into the bottom of the multicooker bowl.

5. Spread the filling on top.

6. On top of it the remains of the dough.

7. Set the "bake" mode for about 80 minutes (depending on the brand of equipment).

8. Gently remove the finished cake from the bowl and serve when completely cooled.

It is very easy to cook pastries with cottage cheese from shortcrust pastry. It doesn't take long, and the dessert is a great addition to tea. Take:

  • 200 g flour;
  • 100 g butter;
  • half a glass of sugar sand;
  • a raw egg;
  • 1 tsp conventional baking powder.

For stuffing:

  • 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • 200 g low-fat sour cream;
  • a couple of eggs;
  • ½ tbsp. Sahara;

Preparation:

  • 100 g butter;
  • 50 g of sugar.

For stuffing:

  • 3 large apples;
  • 100 g caster sugar;
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice;
  • 40 g starch.

Preparation:

  1. Mash the egg with sugar with a fork, add soft butter, milk and flour. Knead the dough quickly with a fork and then with your hands. Make a ball out of it and, wrapping it in plastic, send it to the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Peel and core the apples if necessary. Cut into even slices. Grind the cottage cheese in a meat grinder.
  3. Carefully separate the yolks from the whites, put the last in the freezer for a couple of minutes. Beat the yolks, sour cream, starch and sugar with a mixer and add to the curd. Stir.

  • 250 g premium flour;
  • fresh egg;
  • 50 g sugar;
  • 150 g softened butter;
  • 0.5 tsp soda.

For stuffing:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 150 g granulated sugar;
  • 3 tbsp starch;
  • 400 g fresh or frozen cherries.

Preparation:

  1. Rub the butter with sugar. Add the egg. Mix baking soda with flour and add portions to the dough. It should turn out to be moderately elastic and smooth.
  2. Grease the mold with butter, line the dough in an even layer with sides.
  3. Separate the egg whites and yolks from each other and place in different containers. Rub the last until a whitish foam with sugar.
  4. If necessary, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add vanilla, starch and yolk mass. Whisk until smooth with a fork or mixer, whichever is more convenient.
  5. Add a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of cold water to the whites, beat until a strong foam forms.

  1. Mash sugar and soft margarine. Add sour cream, egg, and baking powder. Add flour, stirring constantly. Blind the elastic dough into a ball and, wrapped in foil, send to the cold.
  2. If the curd is not smooth enough, grind it through a sieve. Add all the ingredients listed in the recipe, excluding the cinnamon and apples. Stir until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into two unequal pieces. Cover the mold with parchment, grate a larger, even layer.
  4. Spread out some of the apples, pre-cut into slices, sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with all the curd mass, then again apples with cinnamon. In the last step, rub the rest of the dough over the top.

This cake is twice as fast to make, since you use ready-made store dough. The main thing is to get it out of the freezer about half an hour before cooking.

  • 3 eggs;
  • 700 g of fine-grained cottage cheese;

  • 50 g butter;

Preparation:

  1. Sift flour, pour yeast into it (if they are fresh, then finely chop it), pour in warm milk, melted butter, as well as an egg, the required portion of sugar and cottage cheese. Knead a light dough. When it begins to lag behind the walls, shape into a ball, cover with a towel and let rise for an hour.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment, spread the dough in a thick layer, make shallow holes on top with your fingers. Cover and proof for another 20 minutes.

  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar;
  • 8 eggs;
  • ¾ Art. flour;
  • ½ tsp soda quenched with lemon juice;

Preparation:

  1. Beat the yolks of the eggs into the curd, add sugar and grind until smooth. Enter the quenched soda and vanillin.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites into a stiff foam, spoon into the bulk.
  3. Sift the flour and very carefully add it to the curd dough. After light stirring, it should have a pancake-like consistency. Add more flour if necessary.

  • 1 egg;

Preparation:

  1. Melt the margarine, beat in 2 eggs, add sugar and slaked soda, stir. Add flour and knead to a smooth, not very tough dough.

  • 200 g high-grade flour;
  • 100 g soft butter;
  • 2 fresh eggs;
  • 200 g sugar;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 200 g of any berries or fruits.

Preparation:

  1. Grind butter, sugar and flour into crumbs.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar separately, add the mixture to the curd and stir. If the mass is not moist enough, add a little sour cream.
