Grated sand cake with any jam or jam in the oven

Among the delicious homemade flour desserts, which can be prepared from the minimum number of ingredients, isolated a grated pie. It is made from the simplest sand dough and any jam, which is at hand: cherry, raspberry, apple, plum, cranberry. We offer you to prepare baking in a round form. Ingredients

For sand dough:

  • wheat flour in / s - 400-450 g;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • creamy margarine - 250 g;
  • chicken Egg - 1 pc.;
  • food soda - 1 tsp;
  • table vinegar - 1 tsp.

For filling:

  • any jam or jam - 250-300 g.

Stages of preparation

Sand base for cake

At the beginning, all the components are prepared in order to bake a grated sand dough pie with jam.

1. Sift wheat flour into a deep bowl, in which then mix the dough.

2. Further, the creamy margarine from the refrigerator rubbed onto the grater into the bowl on top of wheat flour. To prepare a grated recipe cake, we will need a grater with large holes. No other will fit. Margarine is removed from the refrigerator immediately before the start of the process - it must be quite solid. The ingredients are gently triturated with their hands in the crumb.

3. In the sandy dough add a tearful or ordinary soda - they make it more lush and crumbly. The baking powder is simply added to the resulting crumb. Soda must be pre-rewarded with table vinegar. Thanks to the breakdown or food soda, the grated pie will be released truly gentle.

4. A chicken egg is broken into a separate container, 200 g of sugar are poured. The ingredients are whipped to a homogeneous state and add the resulting mass into a flour crumb. Six sand dough knead.

5. The finished base for baking is divided into five equal parts and form bunches of them. The dough is wrapped with a food film or polyethylene package and sent to the freezer for 10 minutes.

Formation of dessert with jam

1. The side walls and bottom of the baking mold with a diameter of 26-28 cm are lubricated with a small amount of margarine.

2. From the freezer, we take three bunches of the sand dough out of five, rub on the grater into the form. Sand shavings are evenly distributed in the form for baking.

3. On the chips on top lay out any jam or jam. If you like baking with sourness - prepare the jam of acidic berries. We advise you to choose a thick jam for a grated pie - a liquid flow and nourish. If your jam is liquid, thickening it with 2 tbsp. l. Potato starch.

4. The last two sand dough bumps rubbed on the jam layer. Chips distribute evenly. If the jam or jerked looks through the chips - leave so. This will give dessert an appetizing look.

Baking pie and its feed

The oven is warmed up to 200 ° C. The form for baking together with the dessert is put in the oven cabinet on the middle shelf. Sand dough tart bakes for 20-30 minutes.

As soon as the cake is twisted, the shape of the oven is removed. The grated pie must cool down a little in the form. After, carefully remove it so that it is not broken, and shifted onto a flat plate.

Baking with jam looks beautiful and does not require additional decoration. At the request, the dessert can be sprinkled with sugar powder.
