  • 50 gr. butter (melt) + a little more butter for greasing the mold;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5-1 cup sugar (to taste);
  • 1 glass of kefir;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar;
  • a couple of spoons of semolina for sprinkling the form.

We immediately turn on the oven, it will have time to warm up to 180 degrees while we prepare the dough.

Prepare the form by lubricating its bottom and sides with oil, sprinkle with semolina. Cut apples into small slices.

Pour kefir into a bowl, break eggs, add sugar - ordinary sand and vanilla. We beat this mass. Add melted butter, baking powder and flour. Mix carefully. Pour about half of the prepared dough into a mold, then spread the apples, pour the rest of the dough over the fruit. We bake for about 40 minutes.

For the sweet pie, we will prepare a pastry dough using instant yeast.

We will need:

  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 120 gr. butter and a little more for greasing the baking sheet;
  • 1 package of instant yeast (11 gr.);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 gr. Sahara;
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt;
  • about 0.6 kg of flour (it may take a little more);
  • a pinch of vanillin;
  • 4 apples;
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
  • a little lemon juice;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of starch;
  • 50 gr. raisins (optional)

Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour in the milk. The mass should have a temperature of no more than 40 degrees. Separately beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix instant yeast with flour.

Advice! If only raw pressed yeast is on hand, then 30 grams will be required to bake this pie.

Pour milk with butter into beaten eggs, and then we begin to introduce flour into this mixture, kneading thoroughly. The result should be a soft dough. It will stick a little to your hands, but you do not need to add more flour, just grease your hands with vegetable oil and continue to knead. Then roll into a ball, put in a dish with high sides and cover with a linen napkin.

Leave for 1-1.5 hours to rise. During this time, knead the rising dough 1-2 times.

In the filling, you can use grated apples or fruits, cut into thin slices. Mix fruits with cinnamon, raisins and sugar. You can bake such a pie with apple jam.

Cut the dough into two halves if we bake a closed cake. If you want to bake an open version of the pie, then you need to separate about a third of the finished dough. We roll out the lower layer with a rolling pin, sprinkle its surface with starch, spread the filling, level it.

  • 500 gr. finished test;
  • 2 apples;
  • 2 pears;
  • 1 tablespoon brandy or lemon juice;
  • 150 gr. granulated sugar;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of starch;

  • 1 yolk;

Pour two thirds of the cooked apples into the prepared dough, stir.

Pour the dough into a greased form, smooth and put the remaining apples on top and sprinkle with sugar. Put the blank in the oven for 45 minutes. The recommended baking temperature is 190 degrees.

Diet apple pie

If you are watching your weight, then for dessert you can bake a diet pie. By the way, it will appeal to those people who do not experience problems with the figure.

Required:

  • 4-5 apples;
  • 1 egg;
  • 0.5 liters of low-fat kefir;
  • 4 tablespoons of semolina and thin oatmeal;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • raisins, dried apricots, dates - optional. The cake is baked without sugar, so sweet dried fruits will make its taste more expressive. However, dried fruits are a high-calorie product, so you should not get carried away with their quantity.

  • 50 gr. sugar in the dough + 2.5 cups in the powder + in the filling - to taste - only about 650 grams;

    Let's start by kneading the dough for the base. Mix flour with baking powder and sugar, add vanillin (vanilla sugar). Then pour melted butter into this dry mixture, put a beaten egg and one yolk and knead the dough. Let's stop it in the cold, wrapping it in a film.

    Now let's get to the powder. Mix vanillin with sugar and flour, then add butter and grind until crumbs are obtained. We also put a bowl with crumbs in the refrigerator.

    We cut soaked apples, if necessary, season with sugar or honey. We break two eggs, separating the proteins, add one more protein left during the preparation of the dough. Mix 2 yolks, sour cream, sugar and flour. Separately, beat the whites, adding a pinch of salt. Mix sour cream with whipped egg whites. We mix this sweet cream with pieces of soaked apples.

    We roll out the chilled dough and put it in a baking dish, making high sides from the dough. Lubricate the form with oil and sprinkle with semolina. We put the form with the semi-finished base in the oven for 15 minutes, after pricking the surface of the dough with a fork. The recommended temperature is 180 degrees.

    Then we take out the form, spread the filling on the baked cake. We take out a bowl with crumbs from the refrigerator, grind it again, and evenly distribute it over the surface of the filling. We continue baking for another 40 minutes.

    With frozen apples (with applesauce)

    Suitable for filling and frozen apples. Fruit is usually frozen in slices or as a puree. Frozen apple slices are used to make pies in the same way as fresh apples. You can also bake a pie with frozen applesauce, which must first be thawed.

Therefore, first of all, after we lay out the filling, we bend the edges of the pita bread inside the dish, and only after that we form the pies. Now put the pan on medium heat and pour a small amount of oil into the container. When the oil warms up well, reduce the heat to medium and put the pies in a container with the seam down. Fry the dish on one side for 2-4 minutes so that the pie is covered with a golden crust and after that - immediately turn it over with a wooden spatula to the other side and also fry the pie until golden brown. Then, by hand, we transfer the dish to a serving plate, and put the next batch of pies in the pan. And so on until we fry all the pies.

Step 7: Serve Lavash Pies with Apples.

Lavash pies with apples are very tasty, fragrant, with a delicate sweet and sour filling and a golden fried crust.
