This is a very unusual salad, both in taste and composition. The fact is that the main ingredient of the dish is soy meat, which has such an original taste and texture that it has recently become quite popular in our kitchens. I really like this soy meat salad with carrots and onions; the recipe with soy sauce will perfectly complement any dish with its extraordinary taste.
The amazing combination of soy meat and vegetables fried until golden brown while maintaining the structure makes the dish festive and very tasty. It should be noted that you can cook meat in different ways, for example, in chicken or beef broth to give it flavor, or simply in salted water.
The salad dressing is a homemade sauce made from a mixture of soy sauce, table vinegar and any vegetable oil (pumpkin, flaxseed, olive), but it must be purified, otherwise its pungent smell cannot be neutralized by any spices.



- meat (soy) – 120 gr.,
- turnip onion – 1 pc.,
- carrots – 1 pc.,
- pepper (salad) – 1 pc.,
- garlic – 1-2 cloves (to taste),
- greens ((parsley, cilantro, dill), fresh),
- sauce (soy) – 30 ml.,
- oil (vegetable origin, refined) – 60 ml. (30 ml. for sauce, - 30 ml. for sautéing),
- table vinegar (9% – 1-2 tbsp.,
- salt (fine), pepper - to taste.


Step-by-step recipe with photos:





First we deal with soy meat, since it must first be boiled according to the instructions. To do this, pour boiling water (hot broth) into it and let it simmer for 5 minutes (this is according to the instructions on the package that I bought).
Then we rinse it with cold water. If the pieces of meat are too watery, then squeeze them out a little directly with your hands.
Also, if the pieces have increased greatly, you can chop them a little.




Cut the peeled carrots into long strips.
We clean the onion and chop it into thin feathers.
We wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into small strips.




Finely chop the greens and cut the garlic into thin slices.




Heat a frying pan and pour a little oil on it. Then add the onions and fry them for a couple of minutes until golden brown before adding the peppers and carrots. Next, add chopped garlic and saute the vegetables for another 3-4 minutes.






Mix the meat with sauté, add finely chopped herbs, pepper and salt to taste. I also wanted to show you this delicious one.




Next, mix the oil with soy sauce in a bowl, add vinegar and pour the resulting sauce into the salad.




Let the salad brew for a couple of hours so that it is saturated with the aromas of spices, and serve it to the table.
