about 5 medium-sized boiled potatoes,

6 boiled eggs,

one can of canned sprats,

one can of canned sweet corn,

about 220 g of hard cheese,

green onions and mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Have several bowls ready so you don't have to mix the ingredients. Peel the potatoes and eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Remove the head, tail and spine from the sprat, then mash with a fork. We will also prepare chopped onion and grated cheese separately.

Place the salad on a plate in layers.

First, lay out half the potatoes, grease them with a little mayonnaise. Then come the sprats (also half), sprinkle with onions and pour over a small amount of mayonnaise.
