Casserole, like in kindergarten

Ingredients:

500 gr. cottage cheese (I always use wet cottage cheese, the fat content doesn’t matter to me)
100 gr. Sahara
100 gr. decoys
50 gr. milk
50 gr. butter (butter should be soft.)
2 eggs.
Vanillin bag

Preparation:

Place cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, softened butter, milk, vanillin in a cup, beat well with a mixer and slowly add semolina so that there are no lumps.

Place the finished mixture in a baking dish. Leave for 40 minutes for the semolina to swell. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees, about 30 minutes, until golden brown, but the baking time will depend on the size of the mold. The smaller the shape, the higher the casserole.

Milk soup, like in kindergarten

Ingredients:

Pasta - 150–200 g
Milk 6% - 500–700 ml
Drinking water - 1 l
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Butter - 30 g

Preparation:

Pasta does not cook well in milk. In any. Therefore, start preparing milk soup with water.

To make two servings, measure out a third of a half-pound package of pasta.

Boil a liter of water in a saucepan. As soon as it boils, add half a teaspoon of salt to it and add the pasta. Wait until it comes back to a boil and stir the pasta to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Cook for five minutes.

Place the half-cooked pasta in a colander.

Pour half a liter of milk into the empty pan and bring it to a boil. Return pasta to boiling milk. The amount of milk depends on how thick you want the soup to be. Some people like the classic thickness, while others like “pasta in milk” rather than a milky soup.

Stir and add a pinch of salt. Wait for it to boil again. Reduce the heat on the stove to "low-medium" and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve the soup hot, adding a knob of butter to each serving.

Meat goulash, like in kindergarten

Ingredients:

Meat (beef, pork) - 0.5 kg.
Onion - 1 head.
Carrot - 1 pc. (possible without it)
Flour - 1 tbsp. l
Tomato paste 1 tsp
Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l (possible without it)
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Medium size pickled cucumber - 1 pc. (or several small gherkins). Can be done without cucumber.
Salt to taste - approximately 0.5 tsp

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Grate the cucumber or peel it and cut into small cubes.

Cut the onion into half rings.
Grate the carrots on a medium or fine grater.

2. Lightly fry the meat in vegetable oil at the bottom of the pan.
Add onions and carrots and simmer in their own juice for 5 minutes.

Add water so that the meat is covered with water.

Simmer covered for 40 minutes.

3. During this time, dilute in half a glass of warm water - 1 tsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp. spoon of flour and 1 tbsp. spoon of sour cream. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

4. Add cucumber to the meat, add a bay leaf, maybe three peppercorns, salt to taste, simmer for another 10 minutes.

Continuously stirring the goulash, pour in the flour-tomato paste-sour cream mixture. The goulash will begin to thicken right before your eyes.

Simmer for another 10 minutes.

If the water boils away during stewing, you can add boiling water. If suddenly the goulash turns out to be too thick, you can dilute it with boiling water to the desired thickness.

Cheesecakes with sweet milk and sour cream sauce, just like in kindergarten

Ingredients:

500 g of cottage cheese in regular packs (200 g each). It’s better not very fatty, but the main thing is not dry, or loose (but without additives)
2 eggs, vanilla sugar - 1 sachet, sugar to taste (I have 2 tablespoons)
125 g flour (or 1.5-2 tbsp per 200 g pack of cottage cheese)
Flour for deboning 0.5-1 cup.
(makes 2 pans of cheesecakes)

Grind eggs with vanilla and regular sugar.
Add cottage cheese and knead everything well, kneading (I do this with a fork)

Pour in parts, stirring, all the flour (1.5-2 tbsp per 200g of cottage cheese), sifting it through a strainer directly into the dough. Knead everything well with a fork.

Pour 0.5-1 cup of flour onto the board and smooth it out. Lay out the dough. Sprinkle a little flour on top from the board and roll into a sausage. Do not mix flour into the dough. It is only for deboning cheesecakes.

Cut the cheesecakes into approximately 2 cm pieces with a knife, immediately rolling them with flour on both sides, patting them, and slightly flattening them with a knife.

Place a piece of butter in half with vegetable oil in a frying pan. As soon as the oil sizzles, place the cheesecakes not too tightly together. Reduce heat to medium and cook until edges and bottom are browned. Do not cover with a lid (if you cover immediately with a lid, the cheesecakes will spread).

Turn over and only then cover with a lid.

Reduce heat to low and fry until cooked (min. 3-5). If the center becomes convex, then the cheesecakes are ready. The main thing is not to overcook (that is, not to burn)

The cheesecakes are ready.

You can not fry the cheesecakes, but bake them in the oven, as they do in kindergartens. At T-180 deg. Bake on a greased baking sheet until golden brown.

Milk-sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

200 ml. milk
2 tsp flour
2-3 tbsp. l warm water
Sugar to taste (I use 1 tbsp)
1-2 tbsp. l sour cream of any fat content

Bring the milk to a gentle boil. While the milk is heating, dilute 2-3 tbsp in a glass. spoons of warm water and 2 tsp. l flour. Stir well with a fork. Pour everything into boiling milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and thicken, stirring occasionally. Take off. Let cool slightly. Strain through a strainer; if small lumps suddenly form, add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream. Mix well. The gravy is ready.

You can drizzle cheesecakes, casseroles, and puddings. After cooling, the gravy thickens, but not much. If the gravy turns out to be thick, you can always dilute it with warm water to the desired thickness.

Apples – 150-200 g;
prunes – 70-100 g;
dried apricots – 50 g;

1. We wash all the components of the compote; if they are very dry, then soak them in warm boiled water for 10-15 minutes.

2. Fill an enamel pan with 3 liters of water and bring to a boil.

3. First lower the apples and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes.

4. Then lay out the remaining dried fruits and continue cooking for about another half hour.

5. At the end of cooking, if the compote is too thick, add water and add sugar to taste.

6. Boil until the sugar dissolves. Pour citric acid on the tip of a teaspoon or pour out the juice.

7. Remove the saucepan from the heat, cover with a lid and leave in the kitchen until it cools completely.

Healthy breakfast for children - cheesecakes! Choose a recipe for your child - cottage cheese, berry, apple or cheesecakes with carrots.

Curd cheesecakes for children are a dish known to everyone since childhood, which is flat cakes made from cottage cheese. They are very easy to prepare and even a child can help you. It is important to follow the cooking technology and correctly combine all the ingredients. The cheesecakes should not be too mealy, the cottage cheese should be felt and at the same time not leak out from under the crispy crust. Therefore, a mandatory ingredient for this dish is flour, which, however, can be successfully replaced with semolina.

  • cottage cheese - 200 gr.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Place the cottage cheese in a container and mash it with a fork so that there are no large lumps left in it. If the cottage cheese is not uniform, you can rub it through a sieve. It is advisable not to use cottage cheese that is too wet or too dry, as cheesecakes made from it may fall apart during the cooking process.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, adding a little sugar.

Pour the resulting egg mixture into the container with the curd mass.

Add two or three tablespoons of flour there and mix thoroughly. If you add more flour, the cheesecakes will have a denser consistency. If you get by with a minimum of flour, the cheesecakes will be more tender.

As a result, you will get a homogeneous mass from which you should make cottage cheese pancakes for children. Place a little flour on a plate. Make small cakes from the curd mass and place them on a plate. It is recommended to make as many cheesecakes as will fit in the frying pan at once. Roll all the flatbreads in flour one by one and give them the desired neat shape. Cheesecakes should not be very thin - pay attention to this. Next, pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and start frying the cheesecakes - first on one side for 1-2 minutes, then the same on the other until golden brown.

Place the prepared cheesecakes on a plate; if desired, you can add jam or honey, but ideally it is recommended to serve the dish with sour cream. You can drink it with any compote or tea. Bon appetit!

Recipe 2: cheesecakes like in kindergarten according to GOST

I bring to your attention cheesecakes like in kindergarten according to the GOST recipe, such cheesecakes are most often prepared in kindergartens, schools and public catering places, their taste is delicate and comes from childhood. The gravy for cheesecakes is prepared with milk and sour cream as in kindergarten; in this photo recipe we will prepare that too. It complements the taste of cottage cheese well and gives it additional sweetness.

In this recipe, the cheesecakes are first slightly fried and then baked in the oven, but if you want to prepare a dish for small children or those who are contraindicated in fried foods, then use only one cooking method - baking in the oven. And if you decide to cook cheesecakes like in kindergarten in the oven, the recipe with photos will tell you step by step how to do it easily and quickly.

  • Homemade cottage cheese or 9% – 300 grams
  • Sugar – 3 table. spoons
  • Flour – ½ cup
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon. spoons
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Sour cream - 1 table. spoon
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Vanilla - on the tip of a knife

Prepare all ingredients. For cooking, use dry, not wet, natural cottage cheese; sift the flour through a sieve.

Place cottage cheese in a wide bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth. If the cottage cheese is dry and lumpy, use a blender or strain it through a sieve. Add an egg to the cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons. spoons of sugar, sifted through a sieve 2 tablespoons. spoons of flour, salt, vanilla and combine all ingredients into a homogeneous mass. This can also be done either with a fork or in a food processor.

Form cheesecakes. Place the cottage cheese on a floured surface and form into a tight “sausage”. Cut 2 cm thick cakes with a knife, roll in flour and use a knife to form a cheesecake of the correct round shape.

Fry the cheesecakes on both sides for two minutes on each side in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. I do this so that the cheesecake keeps its beautiful shape and does not spread in the oven, but you can skip this step and bake right away. First place the fried cheesecakes on a paper towel, it will absorb excess fat.

Place all the half-finished cheesecakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the sauce. Bring 100 ml of milk to a boil over low heat, pour in 1 teaspoon of flour dissolved in 2 tbsp. spoons of warm water and add 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar. Stirring until thickened, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, add sour cream and stir. This is how you get the gravy for cheesecakes, just like in kindergarten.

Serve cheesecakes with milk-sour cream sauce, sour cream or condensed milk. And the next time your baby asks you to prepare cheesecakes like in kindergarten, a recipe with step-by-step photos on our website will easily help you with this.

Recipe 8: cottage cheese pancakes for children 2 years old

I offer you a new recipe for delicious cheesecakes. The recipe for cheesecakes with apples and carrots is a great option for dinner or afternoon snack.

A recipe for cheesecakes for children that everyone liked. It is thanks to carrots and apples that you can not add sugar at all, or add minimally, and cheesecakes for children are not dry, the curd taste is very pronounced, when baked in the oven, the crust is soft and at the same time a little crispy, and there is curd in the middle. You don’t need to add more carrots, otherwise there will be a pronounced carrot taste, an apple is also in this proportion, if you need to add more flour, it’s worse for my taste. Also, these cheesecakes are very tasty, steamed, similar to lazy dumplings. They can be called cheesecakes for a one-year-old child. The kids should like it. From the age of two you can bake cottage cheese pancakes in the oven, and also steam them. Adults don’t need to fry either; the oven makes excellent dietary cheesecakes. There is no need to stand and watch the pan so that nothing burns, or turn it over. And the result is no worse. So, how to make cottage cheese pancakes for children.

  • 400 g of cottage cheese (up to 5% fat);
  • 1 egg;
  • 3 tablespoons flour;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 1 medium apple;
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Place cottage cheese in a bowl, add egg and sugar. Mix everything. If you're cooking just for your child and a little for yourself, it's easy to divide the ingredients in half. And instead of half a chicken egg, it’s convenient to take 2 quail eggs. You will get 8 cheesecakes.

Three apples and carrots on a fine grater.

Add them to the curd mass and stir.

All that remains is to add flour and mix again.

Now let’s figure out how to prepare cheesecakes for children. For a year now we have been preparing steamed cheesecakes in a double boiler. Closer to two, you can already prepare cheesecakes for children in the oven. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop up the mass and with wet hands make round cakes, press down a little on top, see cottage cheese pancakes with photos.

Place the oven in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees, on the top and bottom mode, for 25 - 30 minutes. The cheesecakes with apples and carrots are ready.

To make the cheesecakes even taller, you need to make round cakes and not crush them. This time I made half a portion.

If you immediately remove them from the oven, they may fall a little, it is better to keep them in the switched off oven for 10-20 minutes. But this does not affect the taste.

Now all that remains is to beautifully serve our cheesecakes with carrots and apples for children. This decoration takes a minute to make. Up to one and a half years, we serve steamed cheesecakes with yogurt. And then you can serve it with sour cream, preferably homemade too.

Place a few spoons of sour cream (yogurt) on a plate. In a regular syringe without a needle we take some homemade jam without seeds and fruits (to which the child is not allergic). And we make a curl on sour cream (yogurt), as in the photo. Not necessarily very smooth and uniform.

We shift cheesecakes for children on the edge of the plate and serve to the child. Bon appetit!

Add the yolks of 2 eggs to a bowl with cottage cheese (separate the whites from the yolks, otherwise the resulting mass may turn out runny).

Then, add sugar and sift the required amount of flour.

The added ingredients should be thoroughly mixed with the cottage cheese and mashed well with a fork so that there are no lumps.

Form small balls, press them with your hand to make something similar to pancakes or lazy dumplings, sprinkle with flour. Afterwards, place the formed cheesecakes in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry over low heat on both sides until fully cooked.

Method for preparing steamed cheesecakes in a slow cooker

This is how we quickly created a very tasty and healthy treat for little sweet tooths, even one-year-olds. And adults can complement steamed cheesecakes with a spoonful of their favorite jam, preserves or sour cream.

It is better not to put a lot of eggs in the dough, otherwise the mass will turn out to be very liquid and then you will have to add more flour or semolina, and this will not have a very good effect on the taste of the dish. You can also add dried fruits, berries or fruits to the dough. Flour can be replaced with semolina, but then use it in smaller quantities.
