Sand cake with jam

Today I propose to cook "grated" sand cake with jam. The "grated" it is called because part of the test for the top layer of the cake is rubbed on the grater - simple and appetizing. Shortbage dough for this cake as simple as possible and does not require a large amount of products. And for the filling you can take any jam, the main thing is that it is not too liquid. The result is a delicious and fragrant pie, many, probably familiar since childhood.

Ingredients:
  • 200 gr. margarine or Oil
  • 1 tbsp. sugar - if you have a very sweet jam for the filling, you can put less sugar in the dough
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Basin
  • at the tip of the knife
  • 2.5-3 tbsp. flour
  • 300 gr. or
  • 1 tbsp. l. Starch - at will
  • 1/4-1 / 3 Art. Tea
  • sunflower oil
