    We throw the boiled pasta into a colander, and then, as soon as all the water has drained, we send them back to the saucepan and pour in two tablespoons of vegetable oil. We take the pan by the handles, and shake it well, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, so that the oil is completely distributed inside.

    Now we need onion and garlic, which we peel. Then we pass the garlic through a garlic press, and cut the onion into thin rings or half rings - it all depends on how you like it more.

    Next, in a large bowl, mix the minced meat with garlic, salt and other spices, and then mix thoroughly with your hands and beat off. Now we take a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the minced meat on it, after which the minced meat is poured with a small amount of water, simmer for 10 minutes under the lid.

    In the meantime, while the minced meat is fried, make the gravy. To do this, take a bowl and mix soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, water and spices in it. Then whisk until the sugar dissolves.

    Next, we take a baking dish, grease it well with oil and put 1/2 pasta there, after which we fill it with minced meat, the minced meat will cover the onion layer, on which the minced meat will again fall, and pasta on top. Pour in the tomato paste mixture. Our gravy should only peek out a little from under the top layer of pasta.

    We put the form with pasta on a baking sheet, and send the baking sheet to the oven, which we preheat to 180 C in advance, and we will bake this business for about 10 minutes.

    Now we are starting to grate the cheese, it is best to do this not on a fine grater.

    After 10 minutes of cooking, take the pasta out of the oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then send it back to the oven, and in order for the cheese to fry, I advise you to slightly increase the temperature. Minced meat, pasta and cheese in the oven are almost ready to complete the recipe, the pasta will bake for about 10 more minutes.

  2. We put 400-450 g of spaghetti in boiling water without breaking it. At first they will peek out of the pan, and then they will begin to soften and completely immerse themselves in water. Until this happens, gently mix them with a spoon so that they do not stick together.

  3. Cook for 7-8 minutes and drain in a colander. When all the liquid drains, return them back to the pan.
