Ingredients:

  • Salty cracker - 150-200 g
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Canned fish - 1 can
  • Green onions - 1/2 bunch
  • Cheese - 200 gr

Ingredients:

- fish-shaped crackers – 200 g;
- canned saury (in oil or its own juice) – 1 can;
- carrots – 100 g;
- onion – 100 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- hard cheese – 50 g;
- mayonnaise – 150 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- dill greens – ½ bunch (optional);
- pink peppercorns - for decoration (optional).


Step-by-step recipe with photos:





Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.





Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop.





Remove the husks from the garlic and chop finely. You can also pass the garlic through a press.





Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the carrots and onions and fry until tender, remembering to stir. Be sure to make sure that the vegetables do not burn. Otherwise, the taste of the salad will be spoiled, and the appearance of the dish will not be attractive.







Add garlic to the pan and continue to cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Allow the contents of the pan to cool completely.
