  • water – 2.5 l;
  • orange fruits – 200 g;
  • apples – 400 gr;

Chokeberry contains many useful substances, but it is often ignored. The drink, brewed from a mixture of berries, will surprise you with its original rich color and excellent taste. The ingredients you will need:

  • sea ​​buckthorn – 300 gr;
  • rowan – 200 gr;
  • sugar – 1 glass;
  • water – 3 l.

The fruits are washed under the tap, the stalks and rotten specimens are removed. The products are placed at the bottom of the jar and carefully poured with hot syrup up to the hangers. The container is placed in a boiling container and sterilized for 30 minutes. Roll up the lids, wrap in a blanket and leave to cool for a day. The next day they take it to the cellar.

With grapes

If you combine frozen berries with grapes, you will get a delicious compote with a subtle, winey smell. To give the drink a rich color, it is better to choose dark varieties.

Ingredients needed:

  • sea ​​buckthorn – 150 gr;
  • grapes – 250 gr;
  • citric acid - a pinch;
  • sugar – 0.5 cups;
  • water – 1 l.

Everything is thoroughly washed, stems and low-quality specimens are removed. Place the ingredients in a saucepan, add sand and water, then cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Without long-term heat treatment, sunberry has a habit of exploding jars. Move the workpiece into a glass container, add citric acid and roll it up.
